etherdelta is a smartcontract that means they can unregister etherdelta.com and you could still be able to take your tokens and eth out from the smart contract.
I know these days etherdelta has some visual issues witch seems the end of the world for some of you guys.

I think that the persons who got scamed did something wrong.
Everyone should learn what they are doing.
All I did was to inform people they could sell their LATX there, no one is forcing you to sell at the current buy orders, make your OWN order.
