What is the thing with paypal? do they allow for paypal/bitcoin exchange or something?

I' having some problems to log in, 
When i go to https://cryptonit.net/main?destination=main its says "web page is not available" like if the site was down. The same thing happen when i try to contact support.
Is there a social network or some place were you inform when the site is down?

I I looked at referral list, so not saw , if there is visible the whole history, or last month, or if I see zero that mean my 4 referral never trade?
