641  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Yahoo Finance just added bitcoin price! on: June 14, 2014, 08:26:25 PM
Good, that's great. A little more publicity. Still going to use another price checker though, since I can't add it to my Google Port.
642  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beware of user anush3070 on: June 14, 2014, 07:57:58 PM
anush3070, do you dispute any of the chat text that was  posted? If not, it looks like you kept moving the goal posts on the time. It also looks like you were in over your head and had a friend bail you out. If the chat text is valid, you need to reduce the price as per your agreement as you were way over the agreed time frame.
If the coin is unusable, you need to provide a full refund as you didn't fulfill the original agreement.

This isn't anything new as you can read here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=529244.0

Thanks for your involvement KWH, at this point I am chalking this up as a loss.  I don't expect any refund, I am sure it is gone and spent until he can scam someone else for more.  Part of the agreement was support.  So even if he did fix one of the wallets last minute, I would never use it because I simply would not want to ask him for support.  This is business, you can't simply move deadlines at will, let alone for a month.  I asked for a refund a couple times as you can see, he would not provide it.  Each and every time I had to chase him down for information.  He never once offered a status update on his own.  I have a couple options that I am looking into on my end to try and get some resolution.  None of which I want to talk about on these forums. If the mods can close this thread that would be great.  I just wanted to put the warning out, thats all.

Thanks again.

now this is an utter lie. I did not fix it last minute.. ask him the copy of wallet I sent him.. That will prove all. Also I gave him support day by day. The only thing I dint msg him first was that he appeared to be offline, it was the time zone difference but never have I failed to reply him. So its not the support that has problem. ! I gave him the first coin and it cant be refunded for the work done I suppose !

You sound just like that Apocalipsis guy. I don't think you understand fully what a refund is. Yes, you did work on it, but he's still entitled to a refund.
643  Other / Off-topic / Re: Traveling around the world with Bitcoin on: June 14, 2014, 07:22:16 PM
It's not me, asked me to post a topic here this man, because he is not very friendly with IT.

Then why did you say, "And I accept bitcoin donations" then? Why couldn't that guy post it himself?

This reminds me of the time when someone claimed they made Bitcoin graffiti, but just wanted to say it's their work and get donations.
644  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for 5 investors for super RIG!. can also Host your rigs and more! on: June 14, 2014, 07:18:31 PM
Ok, everything was answered well...

One more question: Will you mine only Bitcoin or will you mine other alts that may have a higher profitability rate than bitcoin?

good question. i think that would be a question all investors would have to vote on.
But won't this effect the hardware that is purchased? I think it has to be decided before anything is purchased.

we have now decided to use the rig fot Bitcoins only.

I don't think you know much about mining, then. If you think you could earn a lot from Bitcoin mining now, you're mistaken. Designing a Alt-Coin rig is a lesser cost, and you get more for a profit in a shorter time-span.

Thanks for giving me a reason for wanting to work with you, Ranger.

And not to mention, shouldn't you let the Investors decide instead, since they're buying it? But then again, you have that 1337 mining logic, sooooo...
645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Necronomicon thread: Altcoins which are dead. on: June 14, 2014, 04:39:11 AM
I'm guessing Globecoin? I haven't heard much about that one since it came out. Coinye, too, possibly.

(Wait, that's already listed.)

Haven't really heard much from Karma Coin, or Bee Coin.
646  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beware of user anush3070 on: June 14, 2014, 04:35:36 AM
He claims you didn't ask him for a refund, and then says he sent you a coin so a refund is out of the question. I'm not sure how that makes any sense. Do you perhaps have any evidence you asked for a refund, like PMs that align with the dates?
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Want to Make Your Own CryptoCurrency? Starting at Just 0.09 BTC. on: June 14, 2014, 04:34:14 AM
Just a warning to everyone.  I started to work with anush3070 and was promised a 48 hour turnaround for a couple of coins.  It's been exactly 1 month and day after day I am told that he needs just 48 hours more.  He met a milestone halfway into the project so I made the big mistake of paying him partially .8 BTC for his work.  Another week has passed with no further work to show for it.  I asked him for a refund because he is a month passed his promise date and he said he doesn't have it, it's all spent.

This is my fault for paying him but just wanted to warn everyone.  I am out almost $500 with nothing to show for it.  Empty promises from a scammer.

More of this person dint even ask for refund before putting this false accusations !

Okay.. Then why not give him a refund, now? Or is that a problem?

After Screwing me up and my reputation he now gets a refund ? its fair you say ?

He has marked me a scammer and then he needs a refund ?

What after that ? Me Die in hell and he walk away enjoying being fucked some one else's Life ?? Smiley

So you think not giving him a refund is better? Do you have any proof of him making such 'false accusations'?

648  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for 5 investors for super RIG!. can also Host your rigs and more! on: June 14, 2014, 04:18:51 AM
By mining rig, I hope you're talking about either a Alt-Coin miner, or designing a ASIC.
649  Other / Off-topic / Re: Computers in 2030 on: June 14, 2014, 04:15:46 AM
Computers would be everywhere, even inside your body monitoring your bloodpressure, sugar , your heart and analyzing your blood, urine and stool and giving real time data to your doctor. Computers would be connected directly to your brain, you can text, email, watch tv, browsing the net by just thinking it.

ok, this is scary.
Has anybody here seen the movie "Her"?  Because the world they show there seems like smth that might happen to us in 30 years. And such thing as falling in love with damn Siri (even though its just weird) will be a common thing.  Undecided

I thought Her was a pretty good movie. I know this is way off topic, but Theodore mostly fell in love with Sammantha because they had the same image or 'likes' of the world. Of course, this is because Theo basically made her.

Time to get on topic:

Doesn't that 'love' come with some devices, though? I'm not talking of love in the sense of the movie, but I was pretty much in love with every gaming computer I made. The people who made the Internet had to love their finish product.

651  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What good things has Obama had since he is elected ? on: June 14, 2014, 03:04:01 AM
Well, there were more than ten scandals going on while he's in office.

That's true, along with Obama Care, the DAT act, and other things, I guess.

Peoples think you are a victim so now you are happy, i lost my reputation (-6) because of your bullshit.

654  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: escrow.com fake email scam on: June 14, 2014, 02:15:07 AM
I don't get it? Why didn't you do research on the site? And, why didn't you think of 'escrow.com' being a E-Mail for another currency?

Firearm Confiscation Legislation to take away all guns from American Patriots.
13 inbred European Bloodlines of the Terrorist organization Illuminati have officially brand the American Patriots as dangerous criminals.

Ugh. Whoever thinks the Illuminati owns anything, please, just please for the sake of Christ do research.

your mobile phone will be more powerful than your brain

Mobile phones are already far beyond the intelligence of any human being.

What do you think computers will be like in 2030?
Will they look like what they are today, or will everything become a computer?

I think the Digital Age will take over. Digital equipment is already advancing every minute via unique strings of code.
657  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The only way Bitcoin can be back by GOLD on: June 14, 2014, 01:56:36 AM
gold is a fantastic value store (MUCH better than Bitcoin) but no good at all as a currency ...

Bitcoin is a terrible value store (too volatile) but a fantastic currency.

I keep most of my assets in gold (80%) and the rest in BTC .. which I am prepared to lose, if it goes down.

I think gold is a good long-term investment. Bitcoin can be both.

----

I don't think Bitcoin needs to be backed by gold, but I'm not saying to disallow people from buying gold with Bitcoins.
658  Other / Meta / Re: I am receiving repeated death threats from a forum member on: June 13, 2014, 09:34:20 PM
Wow, look at this big guy! Being all superior making death threats online. All because of a coin? It sounds like a six year old getting angry because Roller the Dinosaur betrayed him to go to Rockey the Polar Bear.
659  Other / Off-topic / Re: Truly time for me to die on: June 13, 2014, 07:37:38 PM
Gambling was your fault. Gambling is simply a leisure activity, not a way to hike up on some coins. The house always win. If you won that bet, you probably would've lost it in the near future.
660  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: My Coinbase account was compromised. on: June 13, 2014, 07:33:48 PM
I wouldn't trust Coinbase over Blockchain a lot, only to possibly exchange coins via the market (Which I never do). I suggest holding or hodling at Blockchain, and only switching over to Coinbase if you still want to use it temporarily.

Try and contact staff members there, by the way, too.
