The best way out now is to hold the coins. The market is now in a drawdown, you need to wait for the market to grow when most coins will grow. To merge now in a minus-not the best idea.

It's getting more common. I think that soon it will become a common practice and most of the bounty programs will require KYC. We can only accept it as a given, or to abandon earnings on the bounty.

I believe that the Ethereum should be left at least until the end of 2018. By this time ETH should cost at least$3000. And even better to keep these coins and buy new ones before the introduction of POS mining. In my opinion, the price of Ethereum will be much higher.

Wallets are more reliable. They are more suitable for storing coins on a long term. The exchange may be a Scam, or just freeze customer accounts (as it was for example with the exchange Poloniex). However, if you plan to trade, it makes sense to keep the coins on the exchange.

I use Ethereum for long-term investment, because I think this coin is very promising. This is a strong project with a strong team and an actual idea, so its price can grow significantly in the long term. I also use part of my Ethereum To participate in the ICO. But no more than 50%.
