Thanks for your input Brokjen420!

I'll go read the forum rules now and adjust accordingly!

I plan to give proper credit in all areas that it is due I assure you!

There is no plagiarized material in this post whatsoever. The fact that you would unwittingly throw out a comment like that goes to discredit everything in your post that is neither helpful in anyway nor informative. Without even having the time to fully read the post you have judged and tried to discredit it.

I will adjust my post according to the forum rules for sure, if what you say is even true, as you have a freebitco.in referral link in your signature and yet you are not banned. We shall see though!

If I could get a very quick answer from a moderator if this allowed or not as I read the forum rules now it would be much appreciated!

A link to the forum rules and perhaps even the section this is addressed in would be most helpful.

Please ban brokjen420 for trolling what is meant to be a purely informative and journey enabling post.

Thank you whynotBTC! It is indeed boring even to myself as I read it back to myself. I was never excited in AP History either but I did learn a lot! I imagine for us looking back over the same material we already know makes it doubly as boring lol! Any way or thoughts on how to spice her up would be much appreciated as well! I'm always trying to grow as this is my first online forum I plan on committing to staying active with for quite a while!

Kind Regards,
Haz
bro do not misunderstand me but are you an typicial official? You don't have to write too long articles for each reply. Of course it's your choice but we can't get a quality communication because of that.

I am brand new to this forum so thanks for your input dude. I totally understand where you are coming from. I'm pretty long winded when it comes to typing because I type close to 100 WPM and just let it roll out of me lol. I also try to use less slang and semi-proper grammar/sentence structure.

So lets do something productive that I need help with if you want to collaborate?
Brainstorming
1. Do you have any recommendations for cheap ways to get fiat currency into bitcoin? I'm currently waiting on a Capital One 360 Money Market Account to finish it's deposits into my regular bank account for verification. I then plan to send a couple hundred dollars to the Capital One 360 account and use that with Glidera and Airbitz to purchase bitcoin. Then I'm going to send that to my Poloniex account and hopefully start trading. Any suggestions?

2. Find ways to spice up the writing style and make it less boring lol. Creativity was never my strong suite.

3. Finish anything with (UPDATE INC) near it in the first post. Long term goal here. Any thoughts on layout and such to make it less boring would be much appreciated!

Damn it, see I did it again typing way the heck too much! I'm sorry buddy.

Haz

P.S.
I wasn't sure what you meant by an typical official?

3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / New Bitcoin Investor Q4 2017 - Noob Questions/Advice on: December 01, 2017, 09:53:18 PM
Hello all!

I like to go by Haz, and I hope you are all having a wonderful day thus far!

I have started really looking into Bitcoin this last week after my brother has been pushing it on my family and I for years now (~6 years). I know I am way behind but I am going to give it my best shot!

Reasons for making this thread:

     A. I wanted to buy some Bitcoin back at $8000 a little over a week ago (November 20th 2017 or so)

     B. I normally consider myself slightly technically savvy and such.

     C. I was still unable (after many hours of reading and researching) to get my first Bitcoin (any amount of bitcoin) after multiple days (mostly due to an old photo ID which was unreadable with Coinbase's automatic user verification process) and recently BTC hit 11k and I'm SAF (Salty As Fuck) lol.
EDIT: I did get referred to Freebitco.in by my brother, which made me a wallet, and about $1.00 in free Bitcoin from Free Rolls, Browser Mining, Referrals, Lottery, and Reward Points. Use my Freebitco.in Referral code https://freebitco.in/?r=9923542 to join and make free bitcoin! (Not much, but it'll be worth tons someday when Bitcoin hits a Billion a BTC. Which at 1000% increase on the year and growing exponentially it might not be long!)

In this post I want to look at a few different topics laid out here as points of discussion and advice:

     1. Bitcoin - What it is, how it works, and why it's still great timing to get in in Q4 2017.

     2. Getting In - Free bitcoin, Miners, Wallets, Exchanges, and Apps.

     3. Hitting It Hard - Alt Coins, Trading, and Bots.

     4. Making The Future - Communities, New Coins, Upcoming ICO's, Investment Opportunities, Anonymous Visa Crypto Debit Cards, Gunbot Licenses/Settings, Alert Signals, Apps, Exchanges, Pools, Miners, and Tech.

I realize there are many threads for the information I am trying to talk about here. If all you want to do is leave a link, that is great and I will go read it in it's entirety and link it on this main thread with a short summary on what I learned form it as well as credit given to the user directing me to the information.

I will also continually be updating this post and thread with my own findings.

Lets get started! (Sections or Summaries with UPDATE INC next to them are currently being worked on but any help is still greatly appreciated. If you would like to collaborate with me on this thread please send me a PM!)

BITCOIN

What is Bitcoin and how does it work? - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bitcoin
Summary: Cryptocurrency (UPDATE INC)

Why it's still okay to get in in Q4 2017 - Over 1000% growth in 2017 and the price per Bitcoin still easily fluctuates up to 11k and has tried to drop past $8700 since and can't seem to. If it ever breaks $9000 again I'd buy buy buy. (UPDATE INC)

GETTING IN

Free Bitcoin - https://freebitco.in/?r=9923542
This is my Freebitco.in referral link. I can verify that this is a legit site that will make you a wallet, let you click free rolls for free bitcoin, earn lottery tickets and reward points, mine bitcoin through your browser, and refer people.

There are tons of other click sites like this so (UPDATE INC).

Miners - I'm still currently trying to get a miner running on my computer for any coin as Nice Hash 2 did not work with my GPU or something. Other than the browser miner I haven't had much success. I'll put more about my research on this topic here shortly (UPDATE INC).

Wallets - https://bitcoincore.org/en/download/
After much research and downloading of all kinds of wallets, this seems to be the most secure and decentralized option, combined with a few features that give pretty good anonymity especially with a VPN. (UPDATE INC)

Exchanges - https://poloniex.com
I have landed on Poloniex because I plan on trying to use a Crypto Trading Bot. I have accounts with Coinbase (still waiting to be verified once I get my new ID), Bittrex, Gemini, Einstein, Airbitz + Gludera, Etc... It is important to note that Exchanges wont necessarily take your fiat currency (ONLY reason I wish Coinbase was working). Fiat being like your credit/debit card or cold hard cash (in whichever currency you have it in). (UPDATE INC)

Apps - https://coincap.io/
CoinCap was the first app I downloaded on IOS. From there my downloads were the Coinbase App, Blockchain App, CryptoTrader, CryptoConvert, ShapeShift, Polo, Polofolio, Blockfolio, B-Trex, and some authenticators such as Google Authenticator, Authy, and SAASPASS. I am still playing with almost all of these on a daily basis as I haven't quite landed on what I want because I'm still just getting started. (UPDATE INC)

Hitting It Hard

Alt Coins - http://altcoins.com/
So much to get into here I don't even know where to start. Too much to get into for just right now so (UPDATE INC) of course. As a general rule for myself, I look at the Market Supply, Market Cap, and 24 Hour Trade Volume using the CoinCap App and look for similarities to Bitcoin:

Bitcoin ~$10,800.00 (As of 1400 Mountain Time on 12/1/2017)
Market Supply: 16,713,550 (This number is not too high and not too low, I believe 21 Million Bitcoins is the maximum?)
Market Cap: $182,276,304,945.00 (This is how much all the Bitcoins in existence are worth at current market value I think.)
24 Hour Trade Volume: $7,002,910,208.00 (This is the amount bought and sold over the last 24 hours I think)

I'll get very in depth on what new coins, growing coins, and made coins look like soon (UPDATE INC)

Trading - So much to put here I don't know where to start atm and I have to poop which is only significant because I'm trying to Post this ASAP I.E. before I poop. (UPDATE INC)

Bots - https://gunthy.org/#products
Another advanced topic I will go into much more thoroughly later especially once I get a Gunbot License!!! If you would like to donate so I can hit the .1 BTC necessary for this here is a Bitcoin wallet address 1qYqR8REX5VW5ACwUnURExigCmVzsP16s that I am saving up for the license in.

Making The Future
Communities, New Coins, Upcoming ICO's, Investment Opportunities, Anonymous Visa Crypto Debit Cards https://cryptopay.me/join/6b41ffbf(Thank you tigerwood0432) use that link to save 25% on purchases, Gunbot Licenses/Settings, Alert Signals, Apps, Exchanges, Pools, Miners, and Tech.
(UPDATE INC)

if you would like to contribute anything from grammatical and format opportunities on this thread, to beginner tips, to advanced Gunbot settings/strategies, anything at all please just try to reference which section you think it would go best it. I'll read and update with every post.

Thank you for taking the time to get this far and I hope you achieve all your hopes and dreams!

Kind Regards,
Haz
