If we talking about people who making a big money on trading , or other crypto-related business they can just leave their country and move to another one they like , where crypto is not prohibited . Lightning won't make any miracles overnight.
Its a slow process companies like coinbase, bitpay, coin payments etc should enable lightning network support if the wide adoption wants to take place. I'm not a BCH fan but still lightning won't solve all problems instantly.

Of course lightning won't applied immediately , but just a fact of it is ready and agreement with coinbase and others is reached will to the moon BTC and make people forget about BCH . Implementation could take even a year , but at this moment everything will be already changed .

Yea , same story . I participated this bounty too and now I can see this was a wrong decision .

I hope it won't . Yes , a lot of them is just a shitty scam , but another part is a perspective startups , which can bring a new ideas and technologies into the crypto world and real life .
