Hi, I placed an order (no escrow) a few days ago, the seller cancelled the order because could not ship. The BTC is confirmed received. Since no escrow, I am unable to claim BTC back. Status is now that BTC is received and item not shipped. When asking the seller to release BTC back to me, s/he says I must ask Bitmit support for my BTC. I have written to Bitmit support, but no response. Who is holding my BTC, the seller or Bitmit? Could not the seller just release the BTCs?

Hi, I placed an order (a bit more than BTC 2.5). After a couple of days after I placed the order the seller marked the item as shipped and at the same time requested me to release the BTCs from escrow (I have not done that). The shipping will take about 10-12 days from the date the package is posted to reach me. In course of 3-4 days after seller marked the order ‘shipped’, I have left 3 messages on the Message Board of which none have been replied too, but I see that the messages have been read/viewed. What do you recommend me to do? Maybe nothing at this point, just wait for the full 12 days and see if I get the package? I am very concerned since the seller is not responding to any of my messages/questions.

Hi, when I can no longer 'change' or 'delete' a message written to a seller on the Message Board, does that indicate the seller has read the message?

You're right, if he is in business nothing should prevent him for not shipping end of this week. Just left a message on the board, requesting shipment by end of this week.

Thanks. If seller has not marked as 'shipped' before this coming Monday, I'll claim refund. Should not think that would be unreasonable....

As a general pointer, how many days would you wait for the seller to mark as 'shipped' before you claim refund from escrow?

Hi, I am looking for someone who can purchase and host a Bitforce 5 GH/s for me and configure it to mine from my Bitminter account/worker. I could pay for the unit outright (I may ask for shipping of the unit in some time) and pay a monthly hosting fee. Any ideas?
