Even if this coin is dead, just 10 people can decide to ressurect it buy buying huge and hodling it. In this way they can pump and dump at will ....and make there millions. Afterall the supply is very low.
Most often its not development that moons the price. Its actually the market decisions of the plays. 95% of crpto investors are in for the money not neccesairly the technology. So many coins gets attention due to price movements and not neccessairly development. And what causes price changes is simple demand and supply.I hope this makes sense to someone.
