Я бы советовал плавание. В этом виде спорта одновременно работают все группы мышц и не так страдает позвоночник. Если хочется именно раскачаться, то, конечно тренажерный зал. Для меня главный критерий выбора это отдаленность от дома. |

Как вы считаете, что нужно делать родителям, чтобы дети выросли добрыми, ответственными, благодарными? Уважали старших и других людей? Были доброжелательнее?
Какие качества воспитывать, на что обращать внимание, что контролировать, чему учить?
Так вы же перечислили эти качества! Их и воспитывать. Но у ребенка может быть и свое мнение на ваше воспитание! Еще важно подавать пример достойный! |

Да, они то ладят между собой, но вот на уровне страны, могу сказать, США будет делать всё, чтобы избежать увеличения влияния РФ на своих партнёров... Для них было и остаётся важным ведение Бизнеса. Они не могут конкурировать с Россией в некоторых областях, поэтому давят на неё в остальных аспектах.
А посмотрите сейчас , что творится? Перед тем как Трамп стал президентом , как он подлизывался к Путину и как только его выбрали , сразу игнор и США сильная и независимая страна . |
