What video cards?  Any with Dual GPUs?  I believe windows has a limit of 8 GPU Cores and once you pass 3 they seem to be fickle about the Catalyst, SDK, and mining software versions.....

What video card(s) are you using (the GPU Power Tune flag makes me think AMD, but the gpu-platform flag makes me think there is an nvidia card somewhere in this mix)?

I would start taking out:
--gpu-platform 1 -I 12 -g 2 -w 256 --thread-concurrency 8192 --gpu-powertune 20
and test with the very basic configuration If that connects begin adding the flags back in until you find your problem flag.

Good to hear and I'll keep this thread for reference for the sdk/catalyst driver combo if I decide to build a 5+ card rig.  All my rigs run 3-4 cards....

Try running a single card and see if it hashes.  If it does that looks like a not enough system memory error to me.....
