Also, the specs you provide look more like what a VPS or dedicated server would have, but with shared hosting prices. Could you clarify what it is you are offering? If it is a VPS, is it full root access?

Anyone can get these codes and they are widely available online. Trying to hide it off as a "discount code" won't get you anywhere. Posting this so others know.

Certainly not impossible. Granted, I and many other users have used PayPal and trust them enough with our information, but there can still be corruption inside the company. It doesn't even have to be at the top level. Any level of management could take advantage of whatever they may have access to if there aren't enough internal controls in place, but given how successful PayPal has been so far it seems quite unlikely that this is the case.
