Please lets have a discussion about something that I feel is really important and neglected so far: I deeply believe that beside progress in the tech of Shield we need to further build and involve the community. By introducing a fund that is fed by a percentage of the network fee, POS/POW and master node rewards we obtain liquidity that would be controlled by the community using a democratic voting mechanism. These funds can be used for exchange listings, hiring/paying people for marketing and for development in general. Some cryptocurrency projects already employed this system and it is proven to be very effective to make the coin sustainable since it helps to build/involve the community and to stimulate development. Why don't we aim for something similar for Shield? Let's make the community’s voice a tool that can move things!  agree Dash is a good model for this. |

A permanent service has been started on this coin on a well established company which have millions of clients. They have offered all of them to use verge for their payment to the site. The price will definitely rise again when these people will renew their package on that website. Right now everyone have their packages but as the time passes everyone will need to renew and they will use verge. Right now many day traders are withdrawing their money but when they will see the rise again they will again start to invest in it. I think it would be a great thing, if The VergeTeam and MindGeek would offer something like a promo like if you renew your package paying with verge, you will get a 10% discount. We should not forget, that most of the clients are not skilled how to use cryptos. So they would need a sweetener why they should now start to find out how this works with that „Verge-Thing“. 16,907,003 BTX my take n it is that the Circulating is the fork you gave to bitcoin holders and the difference to the total will be all those airdropped, I understand, but its a big negative on the price showing it this way, most folks will assume you and your team control all these coins. big negative for people just sinning around. it should be changed Imo.

For me Golem is one of the most overhyped projects in crypto. They collected hundreds of millions to create a toy for rendering using Blender. Maybe they will find and develop more usecases for their system, but it took so long to get to Brass, that the perspective is really long long term. Additionally people doubt it will work eventually. In the meantime enjoy the pump  they raised 8 million dollars, get your facts straight. its working fine. The fact is they raised 820,000 ETH, and I doubt they sold all of it, so the value of the funds is much higher than $8M. the fact is they raised $8 million dollars in 20 mins. and yes correct it was 820,000 ETH but its not a moving target. at ETH peak it was over 1.345 billion dollars, now its $425 million. many believers apparently. GOLEM market cap exactly as of now $429 million. cowinkydink? |
