Undoubtedly this is a a unique idea but i am not sure if Transparency, trust & inclusion is enough value that this block chain solution brings to the market.
... but i sure will watch it closely till the beta.

It is clearly stated in the whitepaper that Hiveway has Mastodon as its core platform, and that it will be heavily modified. There was a good point regarding the LICENSE though, a COPYRIGHT file was added, mentioning the original authors and changes made until now, in order to comply with the terms of AGPLv3. If you have other constructive observations, we are happy to listen, and we will implement them. You can also register as a contributor for the project if you want on GitHub. This is a project that will be owned by the community in the end  I am glad you did create the COPYRIGHT file, and be transparent about that. I hope this project will flourish. Sorry if i created any FUD about it but it seemed too obvious and there are so many SCAMS out there. |

Hey there! I have 2 questions, first of them being: How could you be on the ICO stage with no questions or replies in your thread whatsoever and with a site still under construction  ?  And the second one - why do you think social network must be decentralised? I can answer you the second one: Censorship (see @current largest social network), you own your data which is really powerful these days/upcoming years. ... but what i do not get concerning this project how is the decentralized part realized ? I mean where does the data reside? |

I forgot, I forget 6 months to 1 year, it's not a long time for me, but we have to see that ico is good for the future or not.
i think it was a needed step cause it is the thing, which will generate value in the end. |

i think with all the new FUD in the market (news - what new there, lets called it downer news?, credit card bans, countries banning cryptocurrencies). The "interesting" part is that the volume is pretty high on certain points, so guess who is buying ? Yeah right the ones how will sell to you afterwards. Great website and a nice refreshing ( you get the irony) idea.
Is there a reason why the pre-sale has 20%, while the closed sale only has 10% ?
In which country did you do the Beta testing ?

Seems like I cannot even merit and since I am only junior member the statement (rich2rich poor2poor) is total true.
It is also correct that there are too many spam bots but I think the new merit system could potentially discourage new members since gaining merit for them will be even here if your account is unknown.
Also since there is already a list of users that are abusing the system, this could in reality just create another big black market for merit points.
Reminds me a little bit of the prohibition times.
Just my 2 cent.

Of course 99% is chance and 1% should be solid research but what is way more important is the starting capital. So if you invest 10k you only need 100x times which is of course more likely than 1k ( since you need 1000x ) .. but if cryptocurrency become mass adopted i think any investment could become easily 1 mill. The only thing to concern here is that if cryptocurrency gets mass adoption you probably don't want a million anymore, just don't invest in total shitcoins  |

I tried the alpha but i am not getting the block-chain part ?
Will block-chain technology be used for that?
What part of the code will be open source ?
I see many GET requests will there be an improvement concerning using a faster technology like for example web-sockets?

Yeah we are all bleeding but is it enough ? I am really intrigued to buy some more coins cause they are damn cheap right now.

Too bad i missed the ICO.
I just read the whitepaper and must say i think this coin will bring something completely new to the eco system.
Desktop as a Service, Bring Your Own Cloud are truly unique ideas, great project keep the work up!

Very excited about the roadmap. Looking forward to for the OSM next beta tomorrow. Are there any news concerning the deployment on the Play Store ? I think regarding the research of decentralized exchanges this is a good idea but do not put too much energy into it since the core competency of ODN should be still privacy and massaging

Well if BTC does $1k to $19k why not ethereum ? is a great platform to use and most of the new coins are based on ethereum.
I think technically ETH is over Bitcoin, but just remember it also was ethereum year in 2017 it climbed form 10$ to 371$ and now to 1.3k. Still bitcoin will be a reserve currency for a while since it is more easily accessible/buyable than ethereum, but since bitcoins transaction fees are ridiculous this could change soon. |
