TWIST Update - Nodes
Hey guys, we've released an infographic giving a concise explanation of TWIST Nodes. We are aiming to have Nodes fully functional in Q1 2019, however we intend to open node registration later this month. Further information will be released soon, including instructions on how to register a node (this functionality will likely be made available through the web-wallet).
We’ve also contacted CoinMarketCap about getting our circulating supply updated so that our market cap displays properly. Stay tuned for further updates!

This is excellent news which should also put to rest some silly talks about the "team having disappeared" which have been popping up lately. One question to the team though: which is the reason of opening node registration months before the actual launch of the nodes? More: in what cosists exactly the "node registration"? The reason we are opening the registration of nodes before they go live is for multiple reasons. Firstly, we are potentially considering a cap the maximum number of nodes available. People who are serious about owning a node and supporting the TWIST network therefore will have the opportunity to register and secure their position as a node owner before the cap is reached. Secondly, we are likely going to run testnets with beta versions of the nodes before the final nodes go live. In this case, registrants would be given the option to participate in the beta testing phase if they wanted to. More info on node registration will be released soon - but it will very likely be made available as a feature in the web-wallet. |

TWIST Update
Hey guys, this is just a short post to clarify the next phase of the TWIST project.
So in the short-term what can you expect from TWIST? The team will be releasing a couple of updates for TWIST DATA and the Web Wallet to introduce Shareable Data transactions and to improve the general user experience. We will also be releasing an informative and promotional video highlighting each of TWIST's unique features as well as the purpose behind needing TWIST nodes and their role within the TWIST ecosystem. Finally, towards the end of the month the TWIST team will be releasing the specifications and requirements for nodes, followed by the opening of registration for nodes.
Now that development has progressed a significant amount over the past 10 months, the team will also be putting more focus into marketing and raising awareness of the project. We will be running further bounty campaigns and we will also be looking to regularly attend blockchain conferences to build up and maintain professional networks and connections. Furthermore, we will be updating our website to better reflect all that we have accomplished so far, and to highlight all the existing and upcoming features that make the TWIST project unique.
Finally, the TWIST roadmap has been updated to reflect our current progress as we start the 4th quarter of 2018. Bring on an exciting few months for TWIST!

TWIST DATA RELEASED
The TWIST team are very proud to announce the release of the highly anticipated TWIST DATA feature!
Users are now able to easily and intuitively write any data they want to the TWIST blockchain, safely secured with industry standard encryption techniques.

We will also be continuously pushing updates to the web-wallet over the next couple of weeks: expect shareable data transactions and improved password management UI very soon!

TWIST Twitter Bounty Campaign update! The TWIST Twitter Bounty Campaign came to an end on 20/08/2018 23:59PM (GMT).
The campaign was very successful and we are looking forward to engaging further with the community as the project grows.
Please flag any discrepancies regarding your shares with Nemo on discord by 23:59PM (GMT) on 26/08/18. After this point your shares will be fixed as per the spreadsheet.

The heavily anticipated TWIST DATA protocol will be a core feature of the toolbox, allowing users to encrypt and store their data on the TWIST blockchain. The data is securely maintained by a network of hundreds of computers around the world, with no single points of failure and no possibility of data losses.

TWIST Update - Web Wallet Release!The TWIST Web Wallet and Toolbox has been released!
The team want to thank the community for their patience and understanding on the release of this deliverable. We had a few setbacks and delays, the most notable of which were needing to perform multiple server upgrades to handle increased traffic, and waiting for domain verification and approval from a SSL Certificate Authority. The wait is over however, and for the next few days the team will be working around the clock to further improve the user experience of the wallet and to combat any potential bugs raised by the community.
Moving forward, very shortly the team will be revamping segments of the roadmap, making it clear to the community what is in store for TWIST this quarter. (Hint: TWIST DATA is just around the corner  )
