Please how do I login to my twist wallet
To clarify, the address generator tool (twist.network/address) is not a wallet, it's just a way of creating a TWIST address which you can use to register to the airdrop. After the airdrop coins are distributed (when the airdrop registration period ends), we will release a wallet which you can import your address into (using the private key) to access your coins. Are registrations for the airdrop still open  Yep, we are accepting registrations up until Thursday 15th February, 6PM GMT. |

Do I need to wait for a new wallet version or the current wallet will be synchronized after the restart of the blockchain?
Hi, the old wallet won't be able to sync with the new blockchain but all that needs to be done is to delete the old data files except for wallet.dat, and then run the new wallet. I'll keep everyone posted when the new wallet is released and I'll make an easy to follow guide for upgrading the wallet. wallet is not sincing. When it'll be fixed?
Hi, the wallet syncing issue will be solved when we restart the blockchain. A new wallet version will be released which should not have any syncing issues. This will happen around the same time as the coins are distributed (shortly after the airdrop registration ends). |

TWIST updateWe're only two days into the airdrop registration period and we've already seen a very encouraging amount of interest and registrations!
The airdrop is only the beginning and we are looking forward to growing this project and our community throughout 2018!
Changes to airdrop requirementsWe've been listening to your feedback and we've decided to relax our airdrop requirements a little so that more members can be included.
As of now, Newbie accounts are able to register for the airdrop provided they have an activity of at least 15.
We wish we could include everyone but these requirements exist to reduce the risk of individuals creating and registering with multiple accounts.
Wallet IssuesWe've noticed some people have been having issues with the wallets, especially in regards to syncing.
To ensure this problem doesn't occur again, we will be restarting the blockchain and implementing multiple stable nodes along with a seeder node.
We will also look into removing PoW and making this a pure PoS coin from the beginning.
The team will be performing rigorous tests over the next week to ensure everything is ready for the coin distribution.
If you have already downloaded the wallets and registered to the airdrop, do not worry! Your address will be compatible with the new chain and you will receive your coins!
However, if you have not yet registered to the airdrop and would like to do so, we recommend using our online address generator tool instead of downloading the wallets.

skycoin, cardano, karbowanec i believe are all qt wallets? They all worked and installed fine.
i cant signup for airdrop until i can install because need to get an address.. :/
Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the OSX wallet. I'm working on a website that can generate an address and private key so that people who can't access the wallets can still register in the airdrop. I will let you know when it's ready and i'm going to look into the wallet issue as well. |

 but you yourself are newbie. Why you keeping the Newbies away from the airdrop ? I can get my head around it ? I wish I could allow Newbies as well! But if we allowed Newbies then people could create many new accounts and register with all of them, exploiting the airdrop. By only allowing established accounts we get closer to the 'one person per registration' ideal. |

Hi guys. We're having some issues with the wallets syncing right now. We're working on a fix and will keep you all updated when we resolve it. In the meantime you can still register for the airdrop even if your wallet isn't syncing. The issue will be fixed before the coins are distributed.  |

We compiled and tested the wallet on High Sierra OSX with no issues. Mind explaining the error you're having in more detail? Im getting this error. "TWIST-Qt cannot be opened because of a problem. Check with the developer to make sure TWIST-Qt works with this version of macOS. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and macOS. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple." Thanks for the info. I'll take a look into re-compiling the Mac wallet and testing it. Maybe install any software updates to your machine, I'll do the same for mine. Have you successfully run a QT wallet for any other coins on your machine before? |

if it will be only 170 registrants for example, everyone will get 1 000 000 coins from airdrop??

Hi Slkp, Initial (pre-mined) supply is 200,000,000. Up until block 15000 there is a small proof of work reward of 1 TWIST per block. The windows link was auto-flagged since it linked directly to an .exe, has been updated now. |
