Neo is not capable of doing it so, that is the main reason of why they collected such a little amount of money compared to what ETH raised on their ICO Stage, yes, they had an ICO and it lasted for months.
NEO is good enough, but it is not better than eth.

Ethereum is always going to be one of the most important coins that are on the market, i think that there are not too many reasons of why we should hold it at the moment. But if we really want to be part of the next Bitcoin, then we all should hold some of them at least

When the project is extra hyped, i am not reading the whitepaper, only the yellowpaper or the onepager, that is the only information that most of us need to put some dollars into that project. But when it is a low hype, i read the whitepaper

Cardano is a big shit, i still remember when it was less than two cents more than months ago, those were exciting times.

Why it would not be promising? most icos are still more than promising at the moment.. In the last ICO in where i invested, i made more than x2 in less than two weeks, and i am still holding those tokens at the moment.
ICOS are more than profitable nowadays, but not as the way that they used to be before.

I would not buy ethereum at the moment, it is still my favourite coin but the price is a little bit expensive at the moment. I would wait a little bit more for a harder investment of over one thousand dollars.
I love ethereum, but who knows, maybe the price can go deeper.
