The whole network operates independent of each other and that means that each of the nodes in the network will see things differently and that includes transactions on the network.
With regards to the disparity in the transaction, it is not uncommon at all. On the network, each of the nodes has different set of mempool rules and Blockchain.info happens to keep transactions longer than Blocktrail. Since Blockchain.info still has that transaction in their mempool, when they calculate the final balance, it would be less than Blocktrail.
