Thing is, the more Ken says on here the more open he leaves himself to attack and to various interpretation. If he really is in a situation in which state authorities are looking into him for share trading, you must realize he is going to have to do this delicately. Every time he posts it isn't enough, or it's the "same old thing." I would rather Ken post less often, but with actual improvements/ideas instead of goals and intentions.
The people would like facts as to the questions they pose, but Ken has to tread lightly, and I feel that's the course he is taking.
Magz: if you had an actual case, getting other people rallied up about it only takes away from the money you would potentially get, unless you feel you have an underhanded argument and need the attestations of others to reinforce it. Shit or get off the pot, but we don't want to hear about it here. Do you have a lawyer? Have they been in contact with Ken's lawyers? Surely if there is an issue that customer service can't resolve your two attorneys should be able to work out an amicable agreement without disparaging Ken or the company.

Well, to be fair hak8, it's more in the interest of shareholders to generate a profit, and this is likely the sentiment that Ken is sharing. Sure you can make money trading the stock, but the existing shareholders will stand to make more money on a successful product than by trading. If this is his plan (and I would assume he knows more than we do) I wouldn't be so upset about not being trading just yet.
Also, I wouldn't be so concerned about trading as soon as we get the chance, for this same reason.
e: I'm not exactly avoiding the topic of freedom in regards to using your shares as you are fit, but there are priorities.

If you think that Ken has made any of these decisions without the direction of his lawyers you are bonkers.
Ukyo will still be able to recoup his shares minus whatever lien was imposed upon it.
I agree it gets complicated at that point, but the ball is in Ukyo's court on how he would like to challenge it.
I don't really know why everybody is arguing this point, it's somewhat silly.

I think he meant a personal decision which one you want. I do think though that I would want to trade on whatever exchange the majority of everyone else is on (not a 'me too' thing, how could I trade with no movement?) I think I'll be in the colored coin boat. Also keep in mind the colored coins group may take a little more time to get trading. (I don't really know. Them helping with tools to assist transition is pretty cool though.)
