Yep, such a long period of time to run an ico to achieve at least the softcap to finance the project, compare to 2017, this shows people are weary of putting money in ico's this days, too many failed ico that just go away with investors money, %99.9 are below ico rate  no longer business as usual. It was an event that has always been repeated until now and will continue to grow but I also see this project taking too long to run and ending with bad news. Hopefully good things will emerge from this project. But until now I haven't seen any news on telegram and this looks like a dead project. This because team is busy with development or this project is really difficult because it only gets little money  |

ICO even with working product may fail. Look at banca. They had large community, they earned massive amount of money in ICO with 2 or more working products. Yet they are far away from success. That is why i prefer to buy after ICO and I buy at cheap, usually.

if manager bounty handles 1 or 2 bounties in my opinion it still applies the idea that you gave but if the bounty manager handles up to 5/8 bounties in my opinion they won't have much time to check each quality post, what's more if the signature participants of each bounty have from 100 participants
