Telcoin's taken a massive dip during this correction. I could see this doing 100x from its current price. I just picked up an extra bag about a week ago.

Here's a cool article that brings some good news during this current downturn. What do you guys think? Send Merit if you enjoyed reading. Sierra Leone just ran the first blockchain-based electionJohn Biggs@johnbiggs / Mar 14, 2018 The citizens of Sierra Leone went to the polls on March 7 but this time something was different: the country recorded votes at 70% of the polling to the blockchain using a technology that is the first of its kind in actual practice. The tech, created by Leonardo Gammar of Agora, anonymously stored votes in an immutable ledger, thereby offering instant access to the election results. “Anonymized votes/ballots are being recorded on Agora’s blockchain, which will be publicly available for any interested party to review, count and validate,” said Gammar. “This is the first time a government election is using blockchain technology.” “Sierra Leone wishes to create an environment of trust with the voters in a contentious election, especially looking at how the election will be publicly viewed post-election. By using blockchain as a means to immutably record ballots and results, the country hopes to create legitimacy around the election and reduce fall-out from opposition parties,” he said. Why is this interesting? While this is little more than a proof of concept – it is not a complete voting record but instead captured a seemingly acceptable plurality of votes – it’s fascinating to see the technology be implemented in Sierra Leone, a country of about 7.4 million people. The goal ultimately is to reduce voting costs by cutting out paper ballots as well as reducing corruption in the voting process. Gammar, for his part, sees the value of a decentralizes system... I think that Cobinhood is going to do well in the long term, and is in fact, massively undervalued. The founder is literally a genius and it has the endorsement of a modern polymath (Jamie Foxx) in addition. With that being said, I like the exchange, but I'm more confident in other coins' performance, so Cobinhood is relatively low on my list of investments.

I would avoid Cryptopia in its entirety. It's not a good exchange, and the staff are untrustworthy and somewhat immature. There are better places out there to go for exchanges.

I think that the Loomia ICO is coming up soon, and it should be pretty good. Also, Wanchain may be getting a release date anytime now, and it will likely be available at a good price on the exchanges soon after.

Winter does seem to be here. Prepare for the long haul, since it seems like we'll be in a bear market for at least a few more months.

I think that hunting for low market cap coins is best done during bull runs, and not this current climate. I remember watching coins like EncrypGen, Spankchain, and many others doing 10x during December due to the climate. There was easy money to be made then. However, I would stick to investing in safer infrastructure projects for now.

I'm okay with this, as long as the money goes to helping those who lost their money. It's good to see a potential happy ending come from this.

I think that MONK has risen quite a bit in the past, and people are still hoping for such prodigious gains in the future. I doubt that such a thing will happen, and I don't have a lot of faith in the growth of the coin past its previous ATH. I feel like MONK's business model doesn't portend that level of growth, and the handmade aspect of its business is the bottleneck that prevents higher growth, in my opinion.

I mainly use EtherDelta due to the access to new/low cap coins, but it is by far the most difficult exchange to use. It could use a major redesign.

Virtually all of the coins will go at least 5x as long as this bear market doesn't continue throughout the year. If it does, the main gainers will likely be fresh ICOs, and that would be just a few days after their initial release on exchanges.

Yeah, the PACcoin situation was a mini-fiasco. More amusing than anything. I didn't get a chance to personally see it, but I noticed some people talking about it earlier today. I'm sure a few PAC holders felt their heart stops in their chests for a bit.

I'm confident that those gains will be lost. Nucleus Vision likely has more room to tip. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but at least you've still got in at a great time before the price really grows.

The good news is that bitcoin seems to have hit a relatively stable price floor around $9-10k. The bad news is that a lot of the alts have been in freefall, losing 70-90% of their value. 2018 seems to have begun with a strong bearish trend, and this may last up to 2 years. Heck, cryptocurrencies could go the way of Enron and fail completely. I'm faithful that they won't, but you never know.

The current trends do seem to mimic the 2014-2015 bear market. However, each year is different, and things could go in a different path than expected. I think that the market as a whole is still bottlenecked by the lack of quick access to fiat/crypto transfer by the masses. Once that problem is solved by decentralized exchanges and apps such as Bread, we may see a completely different new set of upward trends.
But for now, I would keep a bearish outlook, with bullish hopes.

I think that Utrust will make a decent gain and perhaps be a solid competitor in the online payments market. I have some myself. It's being beaten to a pulp in the market right now, but I think that it will perform well in the future. Now's a good buying opportunity. I wouldn't bet my house on it, though.

I have no problem with Credits itself, but it does seem to largely be a Suppoman-related pump and dump and the moment. I'm a bit wary of it at the moment.

Paypal is dead, bank transactions will be dead as well, we just need time, they are expensive operationally, cryptocurrencies will be in every field of life. New big companies are coming.
Paypal is hardly dead. I expect it to be a dominant force in the payments industry for at least another decade.

I see that PRL's price has fallen again...I'm glad that I sold when I had the chance. However, this is a good project and anyone looking to make good profit should consider investing in it. I believe that PRL's price will rise again when we get closer to the April 6th snapshot date for their airdrop.

Wow, checked Coinmarketcap today and everything in TOP100 is in red... ...besides one single coin I've frankly never heard about before: Waltonchain. For my really quick scan over their website I saw that it's something IoT-related. Anyway I thought it was funny to share and I'm curious what the reason might be for this coin's moment of fame. What do you think? I thought that Tether would be the only coin going up today. lol. But, Waltonchain does have an announced partnership with Alibaba, so I supposed that it's unusual growth is due to good reasons.
