5  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Signing a message in Windows Client on: August 06, 2013, 10:27:33 AM
Thanks, that's what I was looking for. I was confused because that option is under the receiving tab and not the sending tab.

7  Bitcoin / Electrum / Signing a message in Windows Client on: August 03, 2013, 02:59:12 AM
I'm trying to create a signed message in the Windows client, version 1.8. I've been messing around in the console with the signmessage() command but I can't figure out the correct syntax to supply the required arguments, the address and message, etc.

Can somebody help me out with this?

9  Other / Beginners & Help / What are the best exchanges on: July 29, 2013, 11:47:44 AM
So I'm trying to figure out which exchanges I should join. I've been looking at the exchange list on the wiki and there's so many to choose from.

Does your country of residence make a difference for what exchange you use? Which exchanges do you all use? Anybody have any good horror stories, or any other stories of great customer service or something?

Do most people just use one exchange or a few?

I hope so, then at least some day I would finally have a successful investment Smiley
11  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: ButteryflyLabs back order time on a ASIC miner? on: July 29, 2013, 11:24:37 AM
Yeah, I got one stuck in the backorder queue, we'll see how little value it still is to me when I finally get it based on future difficulty and whatnot Sad doesn't look promising
12  Other / Beginners & Help / Quick Coins on: July 29, 2013, 11:14:46 AM
I'm trying to get some bitcoins really quick today. It seems like all the instant CC sites are either taken down or under maintenance. Leaving me with slower options like waiting to mail in a money order.

Anybody know of a way I can get some really quick bitcoins with CC?

What about LTC, isn't it becoming a more successful Alt-Coin?
