Does anyone know if there is an out of the box software for starting a mining pool site?

I notice that a lot of mining pool sites have a very similar cookie cutter appearance and wonder if there are all using the same script?

I've been involved with using bitcoins for several years and would appreciate if I could get whitelisted.
