You can't say confidently that bear market is over for the BTC market. This period is looking a stable time where the consolidation is going on and price is hovering in a very short range of $6,200 to $6600 or a little bit of more range. I don't understand what actually the hardfork is? But a snap in mind that the community is divided into a separate part and this hardfork already happened in the last year I think and the other part becomes as Ethereum Classic. Want to know more about that why this hardfork is going on in most of the good digital coin.

I also think so that Bitcoin must start to increase from the this December and throughout the year of 2019 it will again reach to $20,000 again. By looking at the current chart pattern of the Bitcoin it looks a stable in the price range of $6200 to $6550. If the price go upward and crosses $7000 then it would be a positive sign and attract more investors and the price will drive further.

Only holding of coin is not enough that you are a wise one. But need to know properly when to buy and the exit point is important. Last time I do not sell my huge profitable coin and now I am in a dump mood because the values is declined almost 100X. So, In crypto segment it is very important is when to sell?

This bear market is now stable I think but you need to trade cautiously. Now it is safe to buy various renowned coin like TRON and EOS. Ethereum is also in a very lucrative price. Ripple definitely go $5 in the next bull. If you have bought for $2.50 then it is not so costly. Just you need to keep patience and you must see how Litecoin grew from $3 to $300 last year. So, my suggestion is hold the Ripple as it is very good coin and heavy demand among the financial institutions.
