Atletico Madrid have been continually disappointing me due to an unknown reason. Something has changed about them and they started losing so many times. They are on a losing streak of four games now which is very alarming. I wonder if there is some kind of in-team problem that they still haven't managed to solve. Because normally, I haven't seen Simeone's Atletico Madrid like this for a very long time.

If they keep this terrible performance for a longer time, they would even struggle to finish at a place in top 4. They are playing away against Granada now and it is 1-1. PSG is strong in names. But are names on the pitch that strong? Remind me of the game this season, when exactly did the strikers do something at the extra level and PSG beat a strong team?
Basically, PSG is a strong team, they have many top players. So, they are possible to beat Real Madrid in theory. The problem is how the coach manages a strategy and motivates PSG players to play solidly. If Pochettino can do that, surely PSG strikers possibly make Real Madrid defenders in trouble. Messi, Mbappe, Di Maria, or Icardi look fit to play in the next match, these strikers are enough to beat Real Madrid if they are playing in their best performance. Yes, PSG's squad quality is much better than Real Madrid's now. Because Real Madrid still couldn't make the transfers they wanted. But Real Madrid are still in a great form these days. They are dominating the La Liga now. And their CL performance also has been fascinating. They really want both titles this season. PSG is a big hindrance for them as long as PSG have their best performance against them. But they are still a capable team to eliminate PSG also. |

Haaland won't join Barcelona even if Barcelona are in good condition. Now they are in crisis and Haaland have more reasons to reject any offer from Barcelona. His style does not match with tactic in Barcelona and if he joins La Liga, he would choose Real Madrid or Atletico Madrid.
Perhaps Haaland will leave Bundesliga as well so his destination can be Premier League or La Liga. In my opinion, two best clubs for Haaland will be Real Madrid and Manchester City. Else, he can join PSG. They are top three clubs in my opinion for Haaland if he really leaves Dortmund.
Agreed. Erling Haaland's playing style is not fitting Barcelona's system. He would be a much better fit for teams like Real Madrid for example. Real Madrid have a quick attacking style which is not much different than Dortmund's. He wouldn't have too much problem on adapting to the team there I believe. Or there are other good alternatives like PSG, Manchester United and Manchester City. They all are in a better condition than Barcelona also. |

Ancak ben bu soruları sorarak nefesimi boşa tüketmiş olurum. Çünkü bunlar yine aynı tas aynı hamam devam edecekler. Sevilla v Barcelona can be another remarkable game of the season. I wish Barcelona were playing at the same level as the Barcelona that had Lionel Messi. But they are far away from it at least for now. They need time to build a completely new Barcelona. And while they are taking their time, Sevilla aren't just standing where they are. They are performing even higher than the previous season. And here, they have the necessary power to defeat Barcelona too.

There were only eight teams which played their games in round 18. Coronavirus has affected the Premier League a lot already. There are still six days for the next round and I hope to see most of the players getting rid of this virus and being ready for their games. I don't want to see this virus taking control of this sport once more. It is just decreasing the rate of enjoyment.
In addition this is Christmas period which is synonymous with plenty fixtures, matches will be played within three days interval starting from this week Saturday, I wish those players speedy recovery so as to play for their respective clubs, some clubs performance has dwindled due to covid-19 infections of their key players, if cases escalates or increases among the fans in the coming weeks, I think the management should impose playing of matches in empty stadium to reduce infections among the fans. Definitely. In a very tight schedule, things are going to get really worse in case we see many postponements again. This will most probably cause the season to end on a later date in the next summer. And players would have much less time to rest and get rid of the high stress of the past season. The biggest way to prevent the situation from getting much more serious is being vaccinated. So I hope that the players who have been obstinate about not taking the jab take it finally and contribute positively to this situation. |

It was a very favourable match week for Manchester City indeed. They defeated Newcastle like 4-0 in an away game of their own and started waiting for the results of the Tottenham - Liverpool and Wolves - Chelsea games. Actually, the latter was being played at the same time with them. And Chelsea couldn't change the score till the end (0-0). And thanks to Tottenham's great performance, Liverpool couldn't beat them also (2-2). And now, Manchester City are 3 points ahead of Liverpool and 6 points ahead of Chelsea.

There is another very tough game is waiting for Newcastle today. Manchester City are still the leader in the league and their last result against Leeds was more than satisfying. They completely demolished Leeds by 7-0. And maybe they wouldn't win this game by a similar result but they are most likely to destroy their opponent by at least a two-goal difference I guess.

It is another great weekend for Bayern Munich. Because they got a very comfortable win vs Wolfsburg home by 4-0. Wolfsburg were so far away from their past performances that they couldn't do anything to hinder this. And Dortmund got a result just like Bayern Munich would have liked to see. They couldn't keep their advantage and they were able to do nothing against a comeback and 3-2 loss vs Hertha. Now, the point difference has gone up to 9 between Bayern and Dortmund which is really sad for me.

Leicester v Tottenham has been postponed just as most people expected. There was no point in making big difficulties for both teams here. There were around fourteen players in total who have got coronavirus. And I see that there some other players also who got the virus at some other teams in the Premier League. This could turn to a really worrying situation which I wouldn't hope so.
As of now there have been a few games postponed the last one we heard about was Leicester vs Tottenham. That is, there have been 4 matches so far, so some of the reasons Covid 19 is difficult to force. However, this has hampered the League's planned cycle, and resulted in switching times that would take a long time. Hopefully this will be resolved quickly and will not cause a schedule conflict with other clubs who are already preparing to play this week. These times are really tough times. Because of the new variant of covid-19, the games in various leagues started being postponed one by one. There are so many footballers who are having this illness currently. It is really bad for Tottenham especially. Because so far, their three official games in total have been postponed like this one. They can have a really tight fixture in the future. |

Inter are the most comfortable team of this week as it seems. Because they are going to be playing away vs Salernitana and it is tomorrow night. Salernitana are the last team of the current standings. And they are the second most conceding team currently after Spezia. This league is way difficult for them and another loss is waiting for them already. Inter will win this match by a two-goal gap at worst and move on by maintaining their lead.
