Проблема не в эфире. Это координированная атака на сеть. И через это проходили все. Подобные проблемы были и у битка, нео, эоса... Технологии масштабирования эфира уже тестируются. Так что всё нормально.

Only NEO can earn Gas. GAS used for smartcontract execution.

I'm sure that I downloaded from official site... The size is the same, but SHA256 is different.
Just re downloaded and everything is fine.

Maybe file were corrupted on hard drive. I don't know.
