1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SegWit2X] Together we will see a business through. on: December 27, 2017, 09:56:41 AM
So you're doing a Fork, but are pre-mining 2,000,000 B2X in addition?

Who is receiving the 2 MILLION B2X?

What are these 2 MILLION B2X going to be used for?

Why are you talking about B2X? <<<<< What does this even mean?

In addition, we will distribute a proportional number of "Bitcoins of Satoshi Nakamoto"(2 mln) to all those who support hardfork!

By “Bitcoin of Satoshi Nakamoto” we mean what the founder and chief developer of Bitcoin BTC mined at the time of zero network activity. They will be credited to the crypto-exchanges and wallets of our partners gradually. The list of partners will be constantly updated on our website! Even if Satoshi Nakamoto wants to get B2X for his pre-mining, he is not able to do this, as we blocked the initial blocks for conversion to Bitcoin Segwit2X.

You can find this information in our FAQ.

They will dump it on fucking noobs.

Isn't it obvious?

 Roll Eyes

Kind of figured, and after the response I just received from "_SegWit2x_"? There's NO DOUBT in my mind this is a PUMP AND DUMP Scam of epic proportions!

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [$XVG] VERGE [POW][MultiAlgo][BLACKHOLE][Entire Line of TOR/i2P Resources] on: May 13, 2016, 06:25:06 PM
here is an email i just got back from them finally:

Bleutrade Team (Bleutrade)
May 13, 14:29

"version" : "v2.1.0.0-87922b3-beta",
"protocolversion" : 90001,
"walletversion" : 60000,
"blocks" : 382013,
We are restoring a backup from a previous version (block 381957) and we will put the current version of the executable (2.1).
The malfunction occurs in synchronization. The system stops synchronizing in some blocks and we must restart the wallet.
We are nearby to synchronize it with the current version, but it already takes a few days.

Best regards,
Bleutrade Team.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

this was my response:

wow a few days? on a $10 dollar digital ocean droplet, i can compile and sync a verge daemon from scratch in about 2-3 hours tops.. what kind of computer is it on that takes a few days? lol

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

im sure as you can imagine, i compile and sync verge daemons quite a bit. on a $10 a month vps (only 1 core, only 2gb ram) i can usually fully sync a verge daemon in about 2-3 hours.

When I first got into VERGE I had a similar situation with C-CEX that drove me nuts, but the main thing here is I don't think the coins will be lost and users will be paid. (I'm at least hopeful anyways). When it happened to me a while back with C-CEX I think it took 72 hours or so to rectify itself. But my complaints were the same... This wallet is one of the easiest to compile, it's one of the many reasons I like this coin so much...lol

My GUESS is these exchanges like Bleutrade and C-CEX don't actually do any real coding (like me), so they have to hire others to fix or maintain.

Just a heads up to anyone that has XVG on Bleutrade

Code:
NOTICE: Wallet Maintenance. XVG will be removed soon due to malfunction of the wallet. Please withdraw your balance.

I'm really pissed at Bleutrade now because I lost 2.5m XVG to a deposit there that was never credited. ;/

@Dev, have you been in contact with Bleutrade? Any idea what the wallet malfunction could be?

Wait for DEV to officially answer you, but I don't think you lost it. I had a withdraw from Bleutrade for about the same amount XVG take 24 hours just the other day but it finally came through. Hope it works itself out for you!
12  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [H] Amazon AWS AngelHack 2016 $100 Credit Code @ NEW PRICE $10/each - AUTOBUY on: May 11, 2016, 02:38:09 AM
I'll buy a code for $5 and leave a vouch if it works.

But only if you're willing to use an escrow for the transaction OR send the code first. Totally up to you, Thanks!

Please disregard, just purchased Angelhack 2016 Code from different Seller. If you have any codes from another 2016 Event let me know!
13  Economy / Digital goods / Re: $100 Amazon AWS Credit Code for $5 ONLY! (Limited ONLY!!) on: May 11, 2016, 02:33:44 AM
If you have one left please PM me as I would like to buy it!

Edited and Updated after purchase.

Seller (PHS) was willing to use escrow or send code first as requested without issue. (That's always a good sign!)

The code they sent me was GOOD!

Buy with confidence!
