1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CRYPTOFORECAST [CFT] ♦Anticipating the financial market is now possible♦ on: April 27, 2018, 06:00:36 AM
I missed the earlier dates...
I sent CFT from cryptopia to Omni Wallet, and later put private key from the wallet to http://swap.cryptoforecast.com/ and sent some ETH to the Metamask address. Later, the transaction was pending for a few hours. I increased gas price (GWEI to 2) and there was no positive results:
Contract 0x0e786d42fd70e4a51ab5f80aa5da19e74337e7f2
Warning! Error encountered during contract execution [Reverted]
Is there any chance for success?
2  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Setup & Troubleshoot] Bitmain AntMiner S1 180GH/S miner on: January 17, 2014, 02:48:25 AM
I think about two options:
a) sell antminer to sb (in Warsaw - any offers?)
b) buy another PSU.
How do you think?
Option 3: Plug a computer drive like CD/DVD or HD to a free wire. Your problem is, that the psu found to much watt suck at the PCI-E wire and turn off. With use a drive it shall work properly.
I plugged HDD to a free wire. It helped, but temporary. The Ethernet connection was alive for 2,5 minutes (highest score so far) and then, again, "Ethernet cable is unplagged" when antminer's fan started working (PSU's fan worked normally each time so far). I plugged also a CD/DVD, but this did not help.
Thus, I give up, at least with this PSU (if this is a problem - maybe the miner, and not PSU, kills the connection?).

Did your pool record how many shares you have solved?
If not, then you never managed to setup the Antminer properly.
My advice is read Sushi's setup again and again till you really sure what to do with the internet setup.
If you can't solve the problem, ask someone via TeamViewer to set it up for you.
Sushi provide this service.
I did not start mining yet, while antminer keeps shutting down. I checked the instruction again (several times - I have spent over 20 hours working on this problem so far). Besides, there was inconsistency between the pictures in terms of the number of black Pin on the PSU’s 24pin motherboard power cable: on one picture it is no 15, on the second no. 17, but it should not matter. Probably nobody notice that already, but I have read the instructions carefully.

The problems starts earlier, with the sentence: "Open a web browser and type the IP address printed on the sticker above the cooling fan on the AntMiner. (Example: 192.168.2.102)" Frequently it is impossible to log into the control panel or only for a short period (the longer the PSU/miner was turned on, the more time is required to cool the miner down (probably) and to have longer computer-miner connection).

Troubleshooting no. 3 says, that if I disconnect all the cables from blade 2 and antminer is working, then the problem is not with antminer, but with PSU. But, antminer with 1st blade only is not working (or actually it works for about 1 minute only).

It is difficult to change something in control panel of the miner (LuCI), because there is not enough time to do this. The connection between computer and the miner shuts down, if I am lucky, after 2 minutes, but usually after a few seconds. I have set up my pool already, but it is a little bit ridiculous to play such a game with time: who is faster - me with typing or antminer with shutting down. Thus, Sushi through TimeViewer would not probably be helpful.
Anyway, thank you all for the help.

if this works, your PSU is severely outdated. every PSU ive used recently is fine with providing 12V current only, as long as you follow the labels for how many watts and rails there are for the 12V signal

It is a new PSU, it entered the market about 1,5 years ago. It has +12A with 26A, up to 552W on +12V.

Thus, I suppose there is problem with powering my miner. Hence, I think about two options:

Did you try to run just one blade at the time?

Yes, I tried. If I run the one which is by the LAN socket, then the miner (LuCI) works ok for about 2 minutes. If I use only the second blade, then nothing works.
6  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Setup & Troubleshoot] Bitmain AntMiner S1 180GH/S miner on: January 16, 2014, 10:08:39 AM

Did you power cycle the miner after you pressed the reset button?
Yes, three times already, waiting even several minutes before switching on again. Ping to 192.168.1.99 says, host is not available.
I managed to see control panel of the miner twice. It was during first several seconds after turning the miner (connected directly to laptop with Ethernet cable). However, I did not finish changing the pool address etc.

easiest way:
1) connect your computer and the antminer with an ethernet cable
2) set your pc's ipv4 settings to an address  192.168.2.1
3) you should now be able to scan for and/or go to the antminer's ip address, change the settings on it for 192.168.1.XXX, reboot, and reconnect everything the way it was before

I think I have diagnosed my problem (but do not have solution).
I connect the laptop with antminer with Ethernet cable directly. Set up a computer:
IP Address: 192.168.2.254
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.2.1
Antminer's ID is from the sticker: 192.168.2.085. So after turning antminer on, I put 192.168.2.85 to the address bar of the browser. Then, I can see Luci for several seconds (log in with root/root). Just only to see some basic things there (like the pool addresses of the person who used it before me), because there is no enough time to do anything more (like switch the miner to my pool). Why?
I noticed that every time the ant's fan starts working, the connection between computer and the miner disappears (computer says, the network cable is unplugged - although it is not true Smiley ).
I use Silentium Deus G1 600W 80BR (it was advised to me here in PM; the previous PSU I bought had too little yellow lines). I crossed the cables on 24-pin (i.e. green with black) connection correctly. Connect PSU with miner using 2 separate 6-pin cables (yellow to yellow, black to black). (I have tried to use one cable (Y-style), but without any changes to my situation). I did not have cut the cables, because there were convenient 6-pin sockets in the antminer.
The miner is cold (normal room temperature). I even checked what happens if I disconnect ant's fan from the board - nothing changed (I still could not get access to Luci). When the fan stops, then the connection restores for a few moments, until it starts working again. When I powered only one blade (the one with LAN socket) I could see LuCI for about 2 minutes (until fan started working again).
Thus, I suppose there is problem with powering my miner. Hence, I think about two options:
a) sell antminer to sb (in Warsaw - any offers?)
b) buy another PSU.

Once again:

If your router range is 192.168.1.1 you are not able to connect to the range of a 192.168.2.xxx miner!

Press RESET button for 5 seconds, let the router restart. The IP will setup automatic to 192.168.1.99

Now you can connect to the miner over your Lan network.

I did this, twice. Pressed reset button for over 10 seconds, then connected the miner to LAN. And can't access 192.168.1.99. Advanced IP Scanner doesn't see the miner.
Is there anything else I can do?

I have a problem with getting access to the control panel of my Ant miner (v. 2013/11/18). I tried probably everything and I failed. I have a router with wi-fi. My computer:
   IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.108
   Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
   Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
DNS: 8.8.8.8. or empty (I tried different versions)
My miner’s IP (on sticker): 192.168.2.085
(...)
Could you help me please?

If the IP address is 192.168.2.085 on the sticker, change the IPv4 Address to 192.168.2.108 and the gateway to 192.168.2.1. After changing those things in the settings, try accessing 192.168.2.085 and 192.168.2.85

Worked for me. (...)

Wow. It workes! Thank you!

It has worked for a few seconds only (with 192.168.2.85). Then when I pressed "Miner status" tab, the screen hanged up and nothing works. In the meantime I did not do anything.
The computer says the Ethernet cable is disconnected. I have changed it, i turned off the antMiner and turned on a few times (after waiting several seconds). I have my antivirus turned off. I connected AntMiner to router to get access to configuration panel through router (if it was not possible to access it directly) - without results.

My miner’s IP (on sticker): 192.168.2.085
I could not access this address from any browser or any computed (PC or laptop). With ‘085’ or only ‘85’. Then, I have accidently changed the IP of the miner (at least I suppose so), which – as Advanced IP Scanner says – is now 192.168.1.254 (it is the second alive connection and only the miner is connected to this laptop). And it was supposed to be 192.168.1.xxx, as I have later realised, so I thought it should be ok now. Anyway, it is still not (while e.g. I can access the control panel of my router). I have checked the Ethernet wire, shut down the miner a few times etc. Always failure. Ping sent with Advanced IP Scanner brings positive results. I have even checked 192.168.1.99 (or 2.99). I have read all the posts.
Could you help me please?
