The reason for this is that there is no base of reference. It's hard to reconstruct what the exact score was 2 minutes 43 seconds into the game or 11 minutes 17 seconds into the game. The only bet I've ever seen that's for the remainder of a match is a halftime bet. Of course there is a base of reference. The reference is the score at that time when you made the live bet. Simple as that. Even big bookmakers like bet365 are for the remainder of the match. As far as I know, the result of a live handicap bet is always determined by the result since the start of the game, but not only by the result since you make the bet. Well I don't know where you have been betting, for live handicap betting it is always on the remainder of the match. Directbet/DirectDice is legit. I can vouch for them. I have been with them since the World Cup 2014. They may not have the best odds in the Sports section (a few cents difference) but their main draw is you do not need to put in a deposit with them. And they settle FAST, sometimes seconds after a match.
