1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in this ICO? Please help on: February 15, 2018, 05:36:10 PM
So I decided to invest 10% of my ICO allocation in Bitcoinus. They got some new advisors on board, which I really like, and I think, they can do well.  Do you guys have any suggestions for other ICO's I should look at?

We will have to wait and see the way regulations will come. From one side, the best option would be to pay only the % of what you cash out. On onother hand, that creates a situation, where one can go tax-free, just never cashing out and using crypto to pay for things. On another hand, the capital gain tax... Imagine you have paid for 20k, and than after you paid tax, it drops to 8k...ouch...

Another hurdle was overcome when the state of Arizona senate passed the bill on February 8 ,the bill 1091 will now move on to the Arizona house of representatives  and should they adopt the bill it would have been a major victory for bitcoin. Interestingly the senate finance committee vote ended 4-3
with one no vote , with that close margin its suggesting that there is some way to go lets keep our fingers crossed and see if the people of Arizona will become the pilgrims of bitcoins.

Bitcoin state of Arisona and Crypto state of mind %)
Love it!

Saw this and wondered why it has been more focused on and mediatized. It seems like a really big deal, at least in my book. If the US were to take the marijuana approach to tolerating and integrating crypto in daily life...I mean, for me, this is the point of no return in terms of recognition and adoption.

I think it's a HUGE deal. If this goes through, this means more, than some online retailer accepting crypto. Hopefully, we see more of this coming

Nothing new , as I can see news are getting posted the same , time after time.

What do you mean? Is this not new? It's a first time I hear about something like this

Hello, thank you so much everyone for your kind responses. People are so friendly here, and everyone gives out so much good advice.

Hey there Pink Crypto. Check out these sites for an idea of good ICOs and what is your best investment opportunity. Always remember that even though an ICO can be a great way to make some money, never invest more than you can afford to lose.

Here check these out:

Thank you especially for these good resources, I've found a few myself, like an ICObench, but the others I did not know about.

Thank you so much guys for your answers, I'll take everything that you've said to the account. I've checked all the things that you've mentioned and it looks credible to me. I looked them up on this website https://www.tokendesk.io/ico/bitcoinus/  Also, I have read their whitepaper, and I really like it as well. Do you guys know any other tools I could use to check them?
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Should I invest in this ICO? Please help on: January 25, 2018, 02:25:42 AM
Hey guys, I am a brand new crypto-girl, and I'm thinking about investing in ICO's. The thing is, I shop online a lot and I really need a tool which will allow me to pay with a crypto currency. I came across Bitcoinus ICO, they're creating a cryptopayment processor for online shopping. Exactly what I need. Planning to use it. Any ideas?
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin used by criminals ? on: January 25, 2018, 12:54:12 AM
The most criminal currency out there is USD dollar in cash...Want to stop criminals? Ban US dollar in cash!! Grin
13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you get your BTC or ETH quick and with low fees? on: January 25, 2018, 12:23:09 AM
I always buy LTC and than transfer it to BTC, litecoin transfers are so much cheaper, than bitcoin.

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is the best token for crypto debit card on: January 23, 2018, 01:29:35 AM
I would not count on having a working reliable debit card any time soon. We are nowhere near this stage, unfortunately.

17  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Will Go Up Or Down Next Week? on: December 18, 2017, 05:07:41 AM
I am pretty sure, that we will see more and more highs all the way to the New Year. But than again, it's so unpredictable, that I am not risking to invest more, even though I could definitely benefit from some healthy profits.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to find about upcoming coins? on: December 18, 2017, 04:44:13 AM
That's one question which I am pondering as well. There are so many things happening at the same time, you just can't keep track of all of them.
Would love to hear some kind of advice on it. I watch coinmarketcap a lot, youtube to find out about things, twitter.. But it is not the most efficient way of getting the information
19  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to earn at arbitrage on: December 18, 2017, 04:15:41 AM
I did make some money on arbitrage, but it is coming with significant risks. To mitigate the risk, I found the cheapest token out there, bought it at 0.00000001 BTC, brought it to the other exchange, and sold it for ETH, than brought ETH back to BTC... 6 days and I made my money x4 times... But it was a rare opportunity I found, and also in the market with less than 50 trades across 4 different exchanges, so you can imagine...  Not something I would do daily.
20  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are you going to pay taxes? on: December 18, 2017, 03:43:06 AM
Unfortunately, I will have to. I would not, if I could, but it's just not worth the hustle.
