Thank you Doc.... I am betting you don't get to sleep much any more...

Look at the blocks solved people. Doc is doing all he can for all of us. the diff jumped and the pool has been stuck for two days. that is the answer to your payment issues. look at your accounts guys.

Way to go Doc. My downtime was less than 15 minutes.
Thank you DOC!

Me too. I can't connect the miners. and BM site is very slow to respond. as well as showing 0.0 for me and the pool.

I hope that you are right and there is no real problem. thank you for your advice. I have my problem transaction going good now.
Thanx

the 1123 min. one was from Bitminter yesterday. the confirms today are from me paying out. so this is normal? I have never had a transaction take more than 20 minutes to confirm. I guess the one from bitminter that was stuck from yesterday was holding all the later trans. up. I am good now, they have all confirmed. I was worried something was wrong with the network.
|
|
|
Does anyone have any idea why the transactions are taking so long the last 2 days? yesterday I had one that took 1132 minutes to confirm. today is better, But still taking a long time went from 5 min per. 3 days ago now 48 min per. and the 1123 yesterday is just wrong. So any idea what is going on? Blockchain confirm that is.

Fantastic work with Super Bitminter!

It's like lottery, the more tickets you hold the greater are the odds of winning. Holding more tickets means you paid more for them. So it's fair that your chances are greater. You can solve a block even CPU-mnng, if you are very very lucky.
I see you're point.

|
|
How is this fair for the smaller miners? I have never gotten my name on a block.

Seems like pool time for me:
The timestamps on the live stats page are for when each statistic was last fetched from the server. Normally that would be the same as UTC, which is what the website uses. But if there was a problem fetching stats it could have fallen behind a bit. So do we get paid for a 0 minute 0 work block?
Yes, the income from the block is of course paid out. And yeah, blocks created from zero work is due to pure awesomeness. That you are Doc !

Doc I started with Bitminter when the pool was around 15 th's. A few short months later the pool is doing well! 130-135 th's! I don't know a lot about website building. But I say you got this!!!
Great to work with Bitminter!!

|
|
Yes they are!!! I wish I had one or five of them on the way. I am still saving to order on. The in flow of TH's to bitminter is a good thing I think. I am only running around 30 gh's. And I think I am minting more now than I was a month ago. Got to love the speed of the nasty blocks!!!

So just because we get to that point in the swing we claim 150 th? My page is swinging from 144 -148 th. I did see 150 th once. Just asking how you think it should be measured. I would think its on the sustained reading.
Edit now 142 TH

Have you tried setting "Minimum difficulty" for your worker to 512? Some people reported that it helped if the miner did not switch difficulties.
Speaking of which is there some sort of tuning guide for the new options and/or bfgminer on bitminter, or is it all buried in this monster somewhere? The post DOC did on the new options are back around page 230 +,- a few pages. i don't have time to look back. got to go to work. good luck.
