Legal Aspects: Key Documents are Finalized

The Bubbletone team has finished the documents that establish the general principles of the operation of the blockchain platform and a user’s interaction with its administration. Now there is a Legal section on the website https://blockchaintele.com/, with the following documents being included:

Blockchain Telecom Ecosystem Agreement is a legal document that defines the procedure of interaction between the Participant, who has joined the Bubbletone blockchain ecosystem and utilizes the platform, and the Administrator, in other words, the developer of the system, that also provides its technical support. Entering into the Agreement constitutes grounds for the Participant to start using the platform.

Annex A is an annex that outlines the applicable tariffs and a list of the transactions executed on the platform.

Application Form is a form that consists of factual information on the Participant who wants to join the ecosystem and utilize the blockchain platform. The Participant has to fill out and sign the Application Form, as well as enclose electronic copies of the required documents. The signed Application Form and provision of the required documents are the grounds for entering into the Blockchain Telecom Ecosystem Agreement.

These documents serve as a legal basis for the operation of the platform. If necessary, they can be subject to further change.

The team is also working on Billing and Payments Procedure — the document containing a detailed description of the mutual settlements carried out on the platform. Upon completion, the document will be uploaded to the Legal section of the project’s website.

In addition to this, a Support section is now available on the website, including the Incident Management document. This document sets out the procedure for responding to incidents, which occur when the platform is in operation, and provision of technical maintenance support. This section will be further expanded.

Dear user,

We have started the procedure of Universal Mobile Token (UMT) delisting from Exrates cryptocurrency exchange.
With this letter we would like to inform that You should transfer Universal Mobile Token (UMT) to external wallets before 14th June 2019. After this date the balances of Universal Mobile Token (UMT) will be annulled and closed on our exchange.
Thank You for understanding and have a profitable trading!

Exrates Team
Waiting for EtherScan.
Thanks Bubble team.

They are burying the team much deeper lol

The project is almost dead so this is going to keep them buried til forgotten. The team just doesn't have the right connection in the telecom industry, they were that aggressive but they are not actually good at what they are doing. The app is just useless anymore when internet already cuts the need for roaming.
What is the best thing the company can do in current situation?

Well. I have no idea. They got about $8M because I saw some users comment about it. eSim seem to be progressing and I guess a new whitepaper to venture into new opportunity deserves a second look. I believe they were developing a new telecom a kickstart will probably make it than just lies after lies. If DENT were able to make it with their own exchange maybe UMT will also be make a success.

We are not liars. The project runs, we agree, not so fast as someone could desire, but the main thing is we don’t deny our words, we have no goal to deceive someone. As of now the team is focused on platform development and is working on the implementation of two use cases - TeleChain Broker and Global Coverage. We also have Bubbletone messenger customized to the needs of mobile operators and kindly ask all interested persons to download the updated version and test it. Your feedback will help us a lot!

So they are back officially, will you list your token again to some exchange?

Even after the update of the product, there was not much support from your users, not a volume in the exchange that made people at least accumulate some coin perhaps its because they can't just trust a team that kept their mouth shut amidst the chaos.

If you have joined the mvno world congress, you must have met the DENT team too? What can you say to them now?

Hello, target. We continue negotiations with the exchanges. As soon as there is any news on the matter, we will post information here.

Exit scam.

After a long year of absence, the team now decides to come out and release new version. A comeback like this signals a new scam coming again. The team were very silent the whole time in bear market, I don't see these guys going to be responsible when again comes the market crumbles. Their agreement with HITBTC seem void after they're gone now the token is no where to be found.
Frustrating but sounds true.

We are not a scam. Please, do not spread false information.

What happened to the coin economy update that was promised by the team?
Hello, rafzalan. A new version of the Whitepaper will tell us more about the economy of UMT. The new version is in the process of developing.
Anything new? When exchange? Mainnet? Updated WP?

Hello, rafzalan. Our focus, for now, is platform development. This is our priority at the moment. But we are also trying to restore UMT token on HitBTC exchange and we continue negotiating with other exchanges. The new version of the WhitePaper is still in the process of developing and will be ready by the middle of q2 2019.

New technologies, New Business Models, New Standards: Why Clementvale Baltic OÜ Joined ITU by ITU News

Clementvale Baltic OÜ has recently become an Associate member of the ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) to help shape the development of international standards for innovative technologies in the telecom industry. ITU News recently caught up with Clementvale Project Director Alexander Yakovenko to discuss how the company is addressing shifting market trends and how they aim to participate in ITU standards.

What are some of the most important trends for mobile communications in 2019-2020?

The telecom industry has changed significantly over the last few years. Currently, it is undergoing a digital transformation at an increasingly rapid pace. In my opinion, there is no doubt that 2019 and 2020 are to be years of drastic change. The power of the Internet of Things (IoT) and emerging technologies like 5G and eSIM will be leveraged, with Blockchain being no exception. Digital service providers will ensure implementation of these promising disruptive technological advancements to get access to new sales channels and lead in the market.

What new business models do you see emerging and how will Clementvale Baltic OÜ be part of them?

Currently, Clementvale Baltic OÜ is focused on the development of two innovative business models that leverage innovation solutions, including blockchain, and partnerships with other telecom players. Our business models provide telecom operators with the opportunity to receive additional revenue streams.
These new business models will provide different levels of ease in terms of compliance with the established mechanism for providing services for telecom operators — one will be simpler, and the other more complex.

The easier-to-use model is a marketplace where wholesale deals to purchase and sell telecom service packages are made. The traditional roaming infrastructure is preserved and operators can create wholesale offers that consist of, for example, seasonal packages, and are valid within a specified period. This approach is unique since it opens up the opportunity to purchase service packages in bulk within existing roaming agreements. In addition, deals are closed immediately, and prices can be changed at any time. Thus, this business model allows operators to provide a short time to market for products that are demanded by subscribers.

The more complex model represents a marketplace where mobile network operators, even those who do not have roaming agreements, interact securely and directly, without any complex integrations or intermediaries. These operators use multi-account SIM cards and allow their subscribers to upload local mobile profiles over-the-air, i.e. via encrypted special binary SMS messages or the data channel using an SMDP platform (eSIM standard). Thus, while travelling, subscribers can purchase service packages at the rates of local operators and use their existing SIM cards.

To speed up implementation of these business models, Clementvale Baltic OÜ is developing a blockchain-based platform and participating in standardisation of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). Our company continues to actively develop these business models and offer them to players in the telecom market.

Current Status on Platform Development: Q1 2019

During the first quarter of 2019, our development team has delivered a low-level API and two high-level specifications.

Low-level API

A low-level API is necessary for integration of mobile operators into the blockchain platform. As a basis upon which the entire system operates, the low-level API is a generic API for integration that allows for support of a wide range of business scenarios to work with a blockchain node.

The API sets out the procedure for interaction between software components to provide common functionality, but at the same time, the API allows us to abstract functionality away from specifics of implementation.
The API documents how software components interact with each other. Software components that implement this low-level API have been built and are already functioning as expected.

The low-level API developed by our team is available at the following link: https://wiki.blockchaintele.com/index.php/Low_Level_API_JSON

High-level specifications

A high-level specification is technical documentation that describes in detail a specific business scenario for interaction between participants via the blockchain. For each use case that will be implemented on our platform, it is necessary to develop an appropriate high-level specification.

Having pursued a large number of negotiations with telecom operators, we have learned what services are now in highest demand. As a result, two high-level specifications have been developed — one for TeleChain Broker, a joint solution with Nexign, and the other for Global сoverage with local rates for subscribers.

TeleChain Broker

Many telecom operators hold conservative views and are not ready to immediately implement disruptive solutions and change the established mechanism for providing services. The solution allows operators to easily connect to the blockchain platform — the traditional roaming infrastructure is preserved, and at the same time, they receive access to a new revenue stream. We called such an easy way to connect to our Bubbletone blockchain platform TeleChain Broker.

Within the TeleChain Broker marketplace, operators can create wholesale offers that consist of, for example, seasonal packages, and are valid within a specified period. In addition, deals are closed immediately, and prices can be changed at any time. Thus, TeleChain Broker allows operators to immediately bring products that are demanded by subscribers to the market, i.e. provide a short time to market, and receive additional revenue.

We are going to publish a blog post dedicated to this solution.

Global coverage with local rates for subscribers

The decentralized platform allows mobile network operators, even those who do not have roaming agreements, to interact securely and directly, without any complex integrations or intermediaries. The operators use multi-account SIM cards and distribute them among their subscribers. These cards allow subscribers to upload local mobile profiles “over-the-air”, i.e. via encrypted special binary SMS messages or the data channel using an SMPD platform (eSIM standard). Thus, while travelling, subscribers can purchase service packages at the rates of local operators and use their existing SIM card all over the globe.

To implement this use case, we are working on integrating the blockchain platform into billing systems of several telecom operators.

Our legal experts have also almost completed development of a public offer. Operators need to sign this document to be connected to the platform. The public offer outlines conditions for connecting operators to the platform.

In addition, we are working on the implementation of the subscriber identification process. Before an operator starts servicing a subscriber of another operator, they need to be able to confirm the identity of this subscriber.

Current Status on the Platform Development

Dear community members,

We would like to summarise the results of the expiring year and inform all of you about the progress in the platform development.

Upon the completion of the ICO, the Bubbletone team had a test version of the blockchain-based platform. Since that moment, our development team has been working on a production version of the platform. The launch of the production version is planned for Q1 2019. For the launch to take place, we are going to deploy approximately 15 nodes.

PoC

We have also been conducting a proof of concept (PoC) with several mobile operators. PoC is a demonstration, the purpose of which is to verify that our concept has the potential for real-world application.

Implementation of PoC is a complex process accompanied by a number of technical difficulties. For the main use cases, which are the most claimed by operators, PoC can be described in the following simplified way:

Q1 is over. Where is the launch of the production version? Moreover, what utility does UMT have in the product you are developing with the funds raised from the sale of umt? These tokens were sold on the notion that they could be staked for a share of the revenue.

Hello, sumthinknew. The development of the platform is in progress and a new version of the WhitePaper will be published at the end of Q1 or at the beginning of Q2. We are going to held AMA session with Bubbletone CEO and we would like to invite you to participate in it. The session will be held at the official Bubbletone Telegram channel on Wednesday, March 20, from 11 AM to till 1 PM London time. Also, we are going to publish information about the current status of platform development soon.

Hello Bubbletone ...
Until now, will you work with cellular operators? If that happens, which country will you explore for the first time and your plan ahead

Hi there! I am glad to inform you that recently Bubbletone and SIMYO to Launch a Pilot Project. Bubbletone and SIMYO, a major MVNO in Spain, have signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a partnership and implement a pilot project regarding the use of blockchain technology in the commercialization of telecom services — abroad communications mobile products for Spain incoming roamers.

Your team should be exploring what you can do in Asia, people in this region are more open to blockchain technology. We didn't hear much something about the exchange listing, HitBTC isn't going to make this project known to any investors. Don't you think you need to partner up with some Telcom blockchain projects?

Hello! Thank you for your suggestion. The team is open to new opportunities. Moreover, the team is always looking for new cooperations. So we will take part in the conference "Telecoms World Asia" in March.
