Just checked the exchange on web-browser and I didn't see anything innovative or new to me. The same exchange as a bunch of them out there. Limited functionality, no stop-losses, etc.
So what is the key-features of this exchange?
Did you conduct and ICO or any fundraising to develop this exchange?
We have many ideas which are going to be integrated. And we have not yet done a fundraise or ICO.

Just recently have found your exchange, and I'm having some questions so to know more about you guys. When will you have Ethereum market? When will you list Ethereum based tokens and which standards of tokens will you support only ERC - 20 one or other too?
We are currently working on integration of ethereum and ERC20 tokens. This will be available very soon.

i have set the withraw of my bitcoins. but the status is always on "almost done". when i click on the adress it appears "transaction not found" here https://blockchain.info/tx/Coinhouse.eu can you please check that ? This means that is is waiting for the transaction. We might look into this so that you can cancel your withdraw even if it is confirmed to be locked into the withdraw.

Feedback on your ticket also here provided: I see you did multiple withdraws which happend in the same transaction and due the bitcoin wallet only 1 will be sent. How can you verify this: Download the orginal bitcoin wallet. Use ./bitcoin-cli sendmany and try to include multiple the same addresses. This will result in an error. Batched transactions means multiple payments within the same transaction. Why do we do this: Every transaction uses 158 bytes and a payment uses around 34 bytes. Do you do 20 withdraws without batched transactions you will result in this: (158+34+34) * 20 = 4520 bytes While if you do batched transactions you will result in 192 + (34 * 20) = 872 bytes This will speed up the blockchain and also lower the costs of a transaction. Mostly every exchange or business with high bitcoin withdrawal volume should use this in order to make place for also other transactions. More info: https://bitcointechtalk.com/saving-up-to-80-on-bitcoin-transaction-fees-by-batching-payments-4147ab7009fbAbout your case: the 0.339 BTC withdrawal will be sent in the next transaction if it isn't already sent. The other 2 will come after this one is also sent to prevent duplicate addresses. Regards, Leon

Come on Nicolaas, give me an answer about my withdrawal, you have many answers to give us.
i send you a answer in your ticket yesterday, and now you opend up a scam topic on bitcointalk! Good luck with that one! Still your ticket wil get fixed once the developer is @ your ticket number. You can shout scam all you want wont help you any faster earlier tickets get addressed to first. AND ALL TICKETS WIL BE TAKEN CARE OFF.
Till that cant do anything as i handle tickets answer and i can do little things but only 1 or 2 people in our team handle database isseus. So we dont fuck anything up in database. Side note: batched withdraw can only fix 20 withdraw's at once. We got tickets of people with 2FA errors, email error, people who dont understand trading think we are a supermarket with fixed prices. at this time for support we have Nicolaas (me) Leon (also developer so a very busy man) And since last monday Ham (but ham needs some guidance as he is new in crypto, sow please give him some slack) At least we are answering tickets and assisting as much as we can as fast as we can. unlike other exchange that dont even get back to you on your support request. Kind regards, Nicolaas

Hi coinhouse.eu I have my deposit stuck now for 4 days and so far my ticket number 886 has not been processed despite the fact that you promised it would be done within 24 hours. I cannot trade, can you check and deposit my BTC into my wallet. This level of service is not acceptable in a trading platform especially when you want to buy coins when the prices are low.
Nicklass can you please answer this question, as there has only been radio silence from you guys at coinhouse. I have sent you all the information/confirmation of my deposit.
I have looked personaly to your ticket but ticket #886 is about not being able to generate a ECA deposit adres not about anything of a deposit about BTC Be aware guys. This is the answer from coinhouse.eu: Your order is still open in the “my order” tab iff you want to cancel please do it there or wait till it gets filled. Kind regard, Ham this is the ammount. type date and time Currency Amount fee Withdraw 2018-01-05 18:29:49 BTC 0.33799584 0.0012 Withdraw 2018-01-05 16:39:16 BTC 0.0678 0.0012 Withdraw 2018-01-05 16:11:17 BTC 0.0663 0.0012 here are some screenshoots from my occount. If I may suggest something freely: have to option to buy/sell [AMOUNT] of [COIN] every [TIME-INTERVAL]. It lresembles perhaps a bot, but it can make people buy in steadily in a coin over time. Or well, it's something I don't even know why no exchange has thought of yet.
We dont believe in tricking people with fake volume we want to give good support, and a steady platform. What fake volume do you mean? If I want to buy 1000 BitShares every week let's say, but I don't want to buy them manually? Where's the fake volume in that? Let alone a week, say I want to buy 150 BTS a day, where's the fake volume in that? I don't see the problem :p I think i misunderstood, i whas thinking you would like to have coinhouse put a bot on a coin to buy and sell. But i can pich the idea to our developer. But first he is very busy to get the exchange totally bug free and credit people deposits and withdraws. Kind regards, Nicolaas
