We've designed our token economy such that the value of our token is largely tied to how well our business is doing.  There will always be speculation involved, which can drive prices up or down in a hurry, but over time, we want to limit its effect to avoid completely unexpected and large movements in token value.  So, as long the platform does well, I think our token can succeed even if the crypto market as a whole doesn't flourish as expected.

We're starting out with a hybrid model, and will progressively work towards full decentralization.

The computing resources are provided in a truly decentralized manner.  We do not own, operate, or control ANY of the devices that power the applications.  Those are all in the hands of independent individuals located throughout the world.  We simply have business relationships with each of them (they receive CORES for providing services for our developers).

Developers will interact with us through an an interface that is currently centralized.  As time evolves, we can likely incrementally decentralize portions of this system until everything is completely decentralized.  

The key is that we can deliver decentralized computing resources, now, regardless of the state of the developer interface -- and that's the key to the whole thing.

Hi, CORES are unique.  They are mineable, but in a different sort of way.  You earn CORES by mining OTHER applications -- not ours.  Basically, developers come to us, they give us their applications, then we give the applications to our community of miners who then mine the developer's app.  As miners do so, they earn both CORES and native app tokens.

I've built applications that have been used by millions of people, and that was one type of community.  I've also co-founded venture-funded startups, and had a small handful of investors.  This is an interesting hybrid of the two, where we could potentially have many thousands of people in the community, all of whom are simultaneously platform participants and a new type of investor.  So, I take that fairly seriously, as everyone here is both helping the platform succeed from an operational perspective and a financial perspective.

We've designed the token economy in such a way that the long-term value of the token should correlate with the performance of the platform.  We tried to minimize the effect of speculation on the price, and while it will always have an effect (especially during the token sale phase), we want our token performance to be based on something tangible -- the amount of business we provide to customers.  In doing so, the question then becomes, "Will people increasingly use the platform over time?" instead of "Will people want this token in the future?"  We think that's an easier question for people to answer.

Hi, we're familiar with a few projects that are in a similar space, but I think they currently have different goals and solve a different problem.

There are a few application platforms that have gained attention that focus on codeless application development, powered by a decentralized cloud.  CrowdMachine and Sparkster come to mind.  As far as I can tell, they're primarily providing people (both developers and non-developers) a way to build an application via a point-and-click interface which will then be powered in a decentralized manner.

Innercore, on the other hand, is in no way focused on codeless application development.  We want to help developers who have coded (or forked, or whatever) decentralized applications and need miners/farmers/etc to power them.

In the centralized world, when someone wants to build and deploy an application, they can go to a hosting/server/cloud provider, procure a centralized instance, upload their code, and they're good to go.  But, in the decentralized world, people don't need centralized instances -- they need miners.  And a lot of them.

We want to be the place developers go when, instead of server instances, they need miners to power their applications.  We take applications, get them in the hands of willing, 100% independent miners, and ensure the applications are being properly powered.  We believe that's what makes us different than some of the other competition you've probably heard about so far.

Think about it like this:

1) Someone buys 1 ETH of tokens over, and over, and over, etc...

2) Every time they buy, the number of tokens they get becomes smaller, and smaller, and smaller, etc.

3) During each buy, the average price per token goes up.

4) Eventually, the number of tokens that person get becomes approximately 0, and the price becomes roughly infinite. 

So, at some point, the repeated 1 ETH transactions create approximately 0 new tokens, which means the supply (although technically infinite) will be mathematically constrained.  I think this is graphed in the whitepaper a bit, illustrating that the economy as described would be very, very unlikely to increase in supply more than 50%.  And, if it ever did reach this point, it's because a tremendous number of token purchases occurred, which would (in theory) push the price up significantly in the process.

Yes, Innercore will have an internal exchange called the Smart Exchange.  It allows people to buy and sell tokens through an Ethereum smart contract.  This will help streamline operations within the platform, as both developers and service providers can easily acquire and liquidate tokens.

Txx tokens may be sent to the token sale contract.  The actual multiplication will take place at the completion of the token sale when bounty, purchased, and bonus tokens will be multiplied accordingly.

It is our goal to last as long as developers have a need for their decentralized applications to be powered.  It's very early still, and no one knows exactly how the decentralized movement will continue to evolve, but we believe it will continue to accelerate and we plan to play a role in that for the long haul.

The points will convert to tokens, in part, based on the number of points you have relative to the total number of points everyone has.  The total token pool will be split amongst everyone.

We're doing a SCO (seed coin offering) and are deliberately attempting to bring in a small amount of capital.  We will have soft and hard caps, and they will be fairly small.  The soft cap will either be $50,000 or $100,000 (TBD).  The hard cap will be $1,000,000.  The token is designed primarily to power operations within the platform.  CORES (our token) are the only means of payment within the platform.  So, our primary goal is to create a healthy and thriving platform which in theory should substantiate the value of the token.
