is full centralized. and the Nodes are online even if there are no new Inputs from my side.
 no user is able to mine any blocks or Transactions...

if you are connected to the Network, everything is fine.   you cant catch or download
some wrong chain.

for the MiningContracts from the beta tests get proceed, paid or transfered with the
