so 19xx - 38xx are all 'in progress' now
it seemed to take them about 11 days to get to 19xx
so we could be looking at the wrong end of another week.
though i could be being a bit pessimistic
Non-hosting is In Progress. If you ordered hosting with them then your status is still PAID like mine

@KNC: Communicating with your customers is key in times of trouble!!
Come on, how hard can it be to post a news item every day on your website with a status update ? It's not nice to receive bad news, but WAY WAY WAY better than no news at all.
+1 Edit: They are all so stupid making the same mistakes over and over again. im confident its not stupidity What do you think it is? i wouldnt like to be accused of trolling or fudding again but these guys arent stupid. 1. they already got paid months ago = not stupid 2. they managed to produce something that we all wish we could produce = not stupid 3. they used 'some of us' to keep them looking like a worthy venture until they decided to change the t.o.s = not stupid again - i dont think theyre stupid, like josh & yifu arent. No matter how many times theyre called a dumbass - those guys are eating well! = not stupidity I was thinking the other day that we needed to pull this picture back out. They're swimming in our cash saying "Thanks, suckers!!!!"

Wonder what date the first Mercury will ship. What was the 1st date they were available? That's why they may not be shipping now. Understood. I wonder none the less. Interestingly, there was apparently a 28xx order, date 28 June, not shipped so perhaps picked up, French, listed on the thread KNC list of orders October delivery, a Saturn. I bought my Mercury on July 3 and I think they had been available a few days already at that time so Mercurys might start shipping soon! https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=249065.260he says received = no, or non since he is French. No idea where KnC is on their shipping queue. It's really sad how uncommunicative they are and how we have to beg each other for information to figure out what the hell is going on. Sad thing is I had to explain to my wife how this "investment" is not going to work out. At least she was cool about it.

why is the miner setting page totally blank?
This happens in the original release if you have added more than one pool to the cgminer config file. EDIT: Throwing them around like the box in my pictures ?? http://imgur.com/a/s44NMmine as well, even after I begged them to ship the fans and heatsinks unassembled one or two out of 8 ain't bad for these guys!!!! Hey, at least you got something to look at and bitch about Glad you got your stuff, man.

Anyone get a status change on their order that is not Day 1 or Day 2 with a pay date later than June 18th? sbfree, did you ever get a status change other than "in progress"? You're the latest order I've seen so far. I wanted to keep the shipping log updated, but have jack squat for good data. KnC CS is nice, but don't know what the factory is shipping at the moment.
Thanks in advance!
I just checked my acct. on KNC, still 'in progress' and no emails. Arousedrhino, i believe was in around 19xx, and in progress, has said he received tracking number...i think his pay date was june 18th (not sure though), but item hasn't actually moved.... arousedrhino, clue us in, thanks. Pay date was June 6th and I have seen movement, its in Germany right now, expected delivery on Friday the 11th. Thanks! I appreciate the updates.

I asked Customer Service where they are in the queue on what pay date, etc and got this response:
"The factory team are still producing day 2 orders. We are not able to give you the exact payment date as we don’t have the lastest update from them. Should you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us."

Yes. Mine. All orders paid 06/04 instantly via Verified PayPal out of my checking account - orders in the 300 and 700 range from the first day of pre-orders - all four orders before the 899 cutoff. Two of the orders have been sitting in "IN PROGRESS" status since October 1st. Two of them are still just sitting there as "PAID"...
Are you hosted or shipping?

Has anyone gotten a refund on hosting with KnC and switched over to another provider successfully?
I asked if I could get a refund for hosting and just ship the unit but they will offer NO REFUNDS. period. They wouldn't budge and that's that. I'm waiting it out (for now) Thanks for the heads up on that. But they still refund for November orders, correct? I would hope so since they are not in production for those yet.

Thread titled "Shipping Log". First post asks "If you would please post your order number and status (if shipped/hosted)." And then people go on to post a bunch of "Paid" status orders... Come the fuck on. People don't read. I expected that, so I am only going to post the last non-Paid status I see. As far as I know sbfree has the latest at June 18th paid. It's completely non-official, so it's whatever info I can grab will get put up there. Btw, did you all notice that their front page has changed (kncminer.com) and it says if you order today you're miner will ship in Nov (no date specified)? Not sure if that means Nov 15th batch is filled and they are going to keep building miners or that Nov will be late. Let's hope the former.
