nubbins you may be asked or told to hand over this info by dotcoins lawyer, I would suggest you do that sooner rather than later.

Dotcoin is right, this is a scandal and is a breach of EU anti-competitive business laws and those carrying out this unfair competition will be seriously fined (up to 30% of their annual sales - potentially devastating for the company) by the courts or the EC for their law breaking. All the money Dotcoin pays out in legal fees for this case will be paid back to him in full and on top of that he can successfully claim compensation for damages and that will be paid by the actors in this case be they part of a company or acting as individuals.

We know 100% that if Romain Bignon is not pankkake himself that he knows him personally and has been to meets with him:

http://people.symlink.me/~rom1/events/weboob/2011-06-02-weboob.txt?view=raw

'pankkake (Da Pin Gouine)' - so pankkake is known as 'The Penguin'. And Roger Floupard owns a website about Penguins - www.engu.in

So we have the right people here, be it Romain or Roger, there is enough evidence to take this to the French Police or the EC.

He means the picture in the background - he was a French singer and famous drunk. A very bad role model.
343  Other / Off-topic / Re: Threats to extort and blackmail BCT companies by the user 'pankkake' on: March 30, 2014, 07:30:23 PM
I'm happy for you to clear this up! Don't get so defensive!

So let's start at the begining, Romain uses your personal blog for his contact details. Why is that?

Unless you prove otherwise I think it is fair and right that me and dotcoin both see that quite a bit of evidence points to you being Romain Bignon.

A post about being allergic to cats from 10 years ago doesn't cut it. It could have been a lie and you can grow out of such allergies. Please give us concrete evidence you are not Bignon. Legal options are being investigated against you as we speak so you should consider that very very carefully.

Edit - you offered to meet me (by myself) with your friend (two of you) in an unknown Bar in Paris. I wouldn't be so stupid as to fall for that set-up so it was not a genuine offer and sounded like you wanted to threaten me.
344  Other / Off-topic / Re: Threats to extort and blackmail BCT companies by the user 'pankkake' on: March 30, 2014, 07:14:25 PM
It seems pankkake has complained and reported these latest posts:

No action will be taken for the three reports you sent in. Moderators will not remove a post just because one user deems it to be false.

So I just wonder why 'pankkake' would complain about this if he wasn't Romain Bignon? Why would he be bothered about a stranger being accused???

Good find, that is more evidence that Pankkake is Romain Bignon.

So Romain:

-owns vaginus.org and uses the pankkake personal blog site (headfucking.net) as his contact details
-likes same genre of music music as pankkake
-has same Python dev skill set as pankkake

Here is a photo from Romain Bignon's symlink page. Behind his cat he is loged into IRC. The name is red which must be his login handle looks very much like 'pankkake'?

Is this person not Mircea Popescu?

No. pankkake is French. Popescu is a Romanian sociopath and he and his MPEx exchange is being investigated by the SEC. Smiley

As he owns headfucking.net I think Romain Bignon is pankakke. He has photos up on symlink of a Scorpions gig he went to - just the sort of music pankkake likes on last.fm.

Big Boys will never get into BTC. They think Bitcoin is a Ponzi scheme and they're probably right.
Your chart is irrelevant this bitch is going straight to 0!
Is this actually true?

No. The financial markets are awash with what you could term Ponzi-type schemes from penny stock start-ups to speculative new-tech bubbles. They are simply investment opportunities and that is what it's all about. The Big Boys don't stay big by avoiding multi-Billion dollar global markets with disruptive tech possibilities that are offering clear buying opportunities. Many funds are about to get onboard. They might ride it to 3-5k or all the way to 10 before taking some profit. By that time (Q3 2014) Bitcoin will be exploding across many platforms and the sell-off will be temporary before the currency continues onwards to widespread/universal adoption.

According to this highly successful HF manager you would be wrong:

Can anyone with a dowsing rod validate this?

Already been done, and the planets are aligned.

Will soon 10,000 BTC be worth a pizza again.

Time to open a Pizza shop.
353  Economy / Speculation / The chart says buy at this level. on: March 30, 2014, 03:38:08 PM
Nothing is guaranteed but so far this years chart pattern is a mirror of April through Dec last year with almost identical (but on a slightly differing scale) triple bottom type retraces to an ascending trendline at around 1/4 of the original move. So, much like October, this price at this time provides an excellent value entry point into this market.

IF the big boys are going to get into BTC they will do it now and at these levels.

354  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: March 30, 2014, 03:28:20 PM
Has anyone considered that if the price keeps dropping there won't be much point in mining?

Or am I missing something?

Price has strongly rejected these levels twice before. Look at the last time we had an ATH followed by 3 rejections at 75% below the high. So the chart is saying a rapid bounce to a new high (5-10k) by end June. It is likely but not guaranteed.

Have a look at this and consider buying every BTC you can right now.

355  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bit Coin Price Drop on: March 30, 2014, 01:09:46 PM
Look at the chart. This retrace is the third since the latest all time high and it mirrors the three pullbacks we saw after the previous ATH at $260.

We are almost at the point where price will bounce. This pull back is essential and allows for a high value entry point into this market. Place buys at $450, there will be some major players getting in around this level. This is where BTC will take onboard the big boys.

Was discussed before, isn't it a fault with the CT log?

Someone who wanted to know whether you are part of the mod team. Enjoy your red.

So from me  saying no I didn't delete the post you conclude I have the ability to?  Quite the jump in logic you dumb-ass. I hope you are not the brains behind this Troll-team.

you have always been a prick so it would be nothing new.

Minerpart, you should stick to "moderating" the "official" forum. Was it you who deleted his post?

no it wasn't  and who are you to tell me what to do fuckface.

We are waiting on payment in BTC on 95 cards.  Should the customer not pay within 24 hours the stock will be added back to our in stock quantity.

Yes I think it must be another Troll order like the one we had several months ago for a million dollars of miners.  If it's the same guy then US justice is catching up with him which is a great source of satisfaction for me. double lol.

There are some ideas for securing orders by getting the hardware community here fully briefed so about to pm Ken with one suggestion.
