Yeah, it was a great season for Bayern, but now the question remains, where do they go from here? I mean they already have a great team, that did amazing, but they failed to win UCL, so the only goal left is UCL, but how do you get better with a team that is already great?
Well, we all wonder about that. Bayern is a very good team, but they never seem to finish strong. They haven't reached the Champions League final in a long time. Yes, they're the kings of the Bundesliga, but there's something they need to improve: their level of play. It's very good, but not as good as PSG or Arsenal. So there's a clear difference in levels. That's what they need to work on in their league, or at least the team itself needs to try and raise the bar, to be like a Luis Enrique. In my opinion, Bayern is not a worse team than Arsenal. They just get unlucky at times and can't perform at the level they'd like. Actually, their squad quality is very good; I like them as a team, and they play legendary in their own league. But they always make mistakes in European matches; otherwise, they are certainly not a weak team  |

I'm not very excited about next season in the Ligue 1 honestly. Because I don't expect the next champion to be different than PSG. The domination is just that high!
Of course we have witnessed some surprise champions sometimes. But the frequency of that to happen is not much...

The quality of the current Monaco squad isn't that formidable enough to challenge a team like PSG for the league title but at the end of the day, I expect him to help them return to winning ways again. If the club management can try bring in fresh legs who will be good options for his style of football, he'll definitely excel at the club. Does anyone even enjoy watching the French league? It's obvious which team will win the championship every season. Nobody expects a second-placed team to be in first place; honestly, we wouldn't even expect a Champions League winner to lose matches in the French league. He has been called up to Barcelona's starting XI in very few matches. Rashford would not have been given much opportunity if no player was injured. He has played most of the matches as a substitute. But even then rashford has finished a great season. He has scored 8 goals and 7 assists in La Liga. If he had a place in the starting XI, these goals and assists would undoubtedly have increased. Hansi FLick should keep this talented player at Barcelona. But Flick is not showing any interest in Rashford. However, barcelona is ready to spend a large amount of money for Gordon and Alvarez.
For a quality player like Marcus rashford to score only eight goals this season, it shows that he has really been poor even though most of his appearance is from the bench. Though he scored in some important matches for Barcelona but the reason I think hansi flick doesn't want to sign him on a permanent deal is because of his poor goals return, because if he is a player that guarantees 20 goals a season, their is no way Barcelona is going to pass on this opportunity because his transfer fee is not that much. Marcus Rashford is a truly talented footballer. If he had the chance to start in the first eleven, I'm sure he would have been among the top scorers, possibly reaching the 20-goal mark. Perhaps leaving the team would be better for his career; if we saw him playing in Germany or Italy, I'm sure he could have performed much better. Yes, I think this is true that the league will be no more enjoyable if everybody knows the results before its end and Bayern Munich really make the league boring in this sense.
Yeah, you are right Bayern's dominance has ruined the real thrill of winning the league trophy for many football fans. Actually when a team is sitting at the top of the table with huge point lead over the rest at the start of the season there is no more suspense or doubt about who will be the current champion However it would not be right to call the entire Bundesliga boring. The fight for Champions League ticket there and the death blow of small teams to escape the relegation zone are still at a dangerous level that I enjoy a lot. Anyway, I sincerely hope that the other clubs will keep Bayern under constant pressure so that the glory of the German league remains intact. For many years, Bayern dominated this league; everyone knew which team would win the championship. Despite this, we continued watching the matches. It wasn't boring at all; there was always competition in the league. The excitement about which team would finish second continued. But this year wasn't such an exciting season. Knicks had a surprising start for me. They defended Wemby and the rest of the team really well honestly. Josh Hart really deserves all the praises. Brunson also did what was needed by taking the helm. However I don't expect Spurs to be the same in Game 2. They must fight harder than this. I think they will also make their defending tougher next time. They should be winning to tie the series. I agree, they absolutely need to play very tough defense. If they lose the second game again, it will be very difficult for them to come back. In the final series, they need to play as tough a defense as possible and tire out their opponent, otherwise it will be very difficult to win the games. It is possible for psg to win the champions league title three times in a row just as real Madrid once did because In football anything is possible.
PSG can also do that also, they have been able to win 2 champions league in a row, if they can win next season champions league its going to be 3 in a row for them. PSG is good but, they are not that good. They arent playing at the same tempo as Real Madrid when they won it 3 times in a row. The UCL was practically Real Madrids league then and we cant say the same for PSG. Of course they would want to win it again, that certainly would be the drive but, if they would be able to win it again, I think not. Arsenal was really close this time but, Im the more happy that PSG won. It would be cool to watch them try keeping the trophy for a 3rd time though. I agree, yes, PSG are currently champions and the best team in the world. But they're not the best team in history; we've seen teams that played much better and were more enjoyable to watch. I don't think their current status as the best is that important; if they were playing a final tomorrow against a different team, they could lose, we all know that. What Milan needs now is not just one player as a star they need to rebuild the team and they need good numbers of players mixed with young talents and experienced players that are well matured not just players that are at the age of retirement who would just play for a season before ending their football career. For Luka Modric he is still very good with the ball but he's aged and he can't carry the team on his shoulders. Italian teams should try to have future plans that will help them not to become a failed team when their players retire.
One player alone isn't enough, as the competition in Serie A is increasingly competitive. AC Milan needs to have quality players capable of competing with Inter Milan and other strong players. Without this Milan will struggle to compete for the Scudetto. Luka Modric is getting older, so his contribution won't be optimal and vice versa, his physical qualities are declining. A combination of young players complemented by senior players would be a perfect strength for Milan and we could see how the league becomes much more exciting in terms of competing for the title next season. Modric is truly a legendary footballer; I'm sure he'll have a huge impact on any team he plays for, regardless of his age. His experience and talent combine to enable the team to play top-level football, but I don't think he can play as well as he used to. The difficulty level in Serie A is increasing every day. Massive win for the Knicks, in game one anyways the game is just getting started, but I was disappointed with how spurs played this game, they were very sloppy, which is why I said Wemby have been carrying this team all alone, as soon as he went out of the game that was when everything started going bad for them, and Knick got back into the game immediately. There is still so much to play in this playoffs Final, Spurs shouldnt allow themselves to go 2-0 down against the New York Knicks, because that would be a huge problem for them to get back into the game, because Knicks are a very strong team, Spurs have to win game 2 to balance the scoreline. I know and I believe in what Spurs are going to do, they have to win this Season. President Donald J. Trump attending game 3 that would be very interesting for NBA fans and lovers of the game of basketball to have the President watching the game. We're watching the finals now, and if one team manages to go 2-0 up in the playoff finals, it will be very difficult to come back. I agree that he's worth more than 20 million, and I think he'll be a very good signing precisely because of his pace and explosiveness.
The only thing i've mentioned before in previous posts is whether he'll be able to adapt to la liga. We'll have to wait and see. It's not the same moving from serie a to spain, where the intensity is generally higher and the league is more demanding overall
I don't see Laliga intensity higher than Seria A because we only have two clubs in Laliga which are Real Madrid and Barcelona, the rest are not up to the task to win the trophy. Dumfries was in Inter and it doesn't mean that they don't have to struggle and win the league. As a matter of fact, Seria A has more clubs that are always in competition for the title race than Laliga. Facing big challenges wouldn't be his problem because he's used to it. The only problem he might have is if he finds it difficult to adapt to the league. I agree, La Liga isn't that tough, and we see two teams in the title race. Sometimes another team can join the fight, but generally, the quality of teams other than Barcelona and Real Madrid isn't enough. In Serie A, however, there are 4-5 different teams with the potential to win the championship. Consider the points standings this season. After Mourinho said that he didn't want to make a big signing this summer, probably many Real Madrid fans got disappointed. You may say "Do they need to do so?".

The squad quality is really high; the team is actually a good one, but they haven't been able to utilize their potential. What Milan and a lot of other big teams in Italy needs is to recover they faith and also to start to have real references players not just "stars" or young projects with them, i mean who is the Maldini of Milan? Pirlo of Milan? Modric could be one but he is already super old you can build anything around him thinking in a long project, that is the main problem and reality in most of the big italian teams.
Milan's legendary squad is gone, and those years may never come again. Therefore, players like Maldini and Pirlo will only remain in our memories. The current squads aren't bad either; the young players are doing their best, but of course, it's not enough. They're starting to become a team that provides more entertainment, and more importantly, Serie A has become a competitive and exciting league overall. Great players of course cost a lot of money, but at the same time, you can find some great players cheap if you are lucky OR you could buy someone great and they start playing badly. Remember when Bayern Munich had Sadio Mane? That dude was coming off a great Liverpool run, he was awesome there, he played perfect, he won UCL and such there, and then he joined Bayern and he was let go after just one year, even had trouble starting by the end, now playing at Saudi league for a while because of it.
Just because you may get someone who is a "star" doesn't mean they will be great at all times. Sometimes you do it and get Mane, sometimes you pay a lot but get Kane, hence why it's a shot you throw and hope that it sticks in.
Not every player can succeed in every league or play well for every team. Many players who are considered to have great potential and whom we regard as star players can hit rock bottom within 1-2 seasons, and their quality can drop significantly. If they get older, after a couple of years we see these star players either playing to get rich in Saudi Arabia or playing to win championships in Türkiye  |

Denzel Dumfries is already here we go to Madrid and maybe Konate will follow pending Perez tenure if elected. So Madrid are starting to clean up in the hands of Mourinho because this season's performance has been quite messy at the back. TAA will have to work harder as the right back position currently has many contenders who will fight for the main position.
They've made a very good choice to strengthen their defense. Real Madrid needs these kinds of transfers; if they bring in 2-3 more players like this, they have the potential to reach a level where they won't concede goals next season. Maybe Mourinho thinks that Real Madrid already has enough star players, it might be better to work with the squad he already has rather than keep bringing in new names. Throughout his career, Mourinho has usually wanted new signings whenever he joined a new club, constantly asking for reinforcements and looking to make changes.
