Looking for something can be put on a website and easy registration. Does not need to be connected the bitcoin network (this isent for bitcoin does need a database though) Easy admin panel for editing balances. Guesse my budget is .5-1.1btc Willing use a escrow with decent rep. PM me for more details and examples!
