661  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTC HYIP, FinMutual - 1.8% to 2.6% Daily - Referral bonus $5 + 5% on: October 17, 2013, 09:26:26 PM

Well, at least you don't do the "monitor" scheme and post daily in every hyip thread on the talkgold and dreamteammoney.  Those are biggest shill I ever see.

haha yeah monitors are pointless for any real stats. They really are just good I think for getting the word out there to the typical hyip base.

Only revenue I bring in on my site is by offering sites expensive banner ads if they wish to take one which happens on occasion. Usually after I break like 60 or 70 referrals in a program an admin will buy it. But other than that whatever site I choose I put my own money in and keep people updated on if they stop paying or look like they might stop paying soon. Also if they stop paying any of my referrals I will immediately post that the site has gone scam. With monitors of course all they care about is that $1.80 or whatever they earn daily from the countless hyip's. And some admins will pay those typical monitors for months and months after they actually stopped paying.

Haha.  already down.  Typical  HYIP to hit and run.

Back online. Also a tip, hyip's don't suddenly shut off. There are numerous signs of a hyip that eventually stops, but suddenly going offline permanently is not one of them.

From what I see, it is either stop paying but stay online, or just go offline permanant.  What are these other ways?
For 1.8% day they will probably stop paying but stay online. Typical way for long run program
For the big lie HYIP with 300% interest for some days or hourly interest, I say about 1/4 just disappear.  So you can't say it is not even 1 way.
If I have some time I will count in this page how the program stop: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/f15-.html

This is not goldcoder script, is it AJ?

I don't do HYIP because it is all fake, there is not "team" making Forex, oil, stock, or any investing.  Just maybe 1 or 2 guy monitoring site and when profit drop they stop the payout.  There is nothing to read worth anything.  Just need to get lucky and pick the right program.  It is like playing satoshi-dice at 1/1000000 the speed.

There's usually signs about a program that eventually stops paying. The best way of course to stay on top is be part of a network of investors so if they turn to paying monitors only or certain e-currencies you are the first to know. Going into a program without communicating with other non biased members is pretty much death.
I don't invest in any site using goldcoders. This particular site does not use AJ or goldcoders. If there isn't obvious development of a site that costs more than a few hundred bucks I don't invest.

They all have their fake stories of course, but I've been in multiple long term programs that have made me anywhere from 500-2500 percent of my money back.

At the moment this site is in a long term building phase. They are building up that online time and spreading the word via word of mouth. That's something key to keep in mind, a site that doesn't blow $20k right off the bat in advertising and they shouldn't even in the first cycle if they want to be one of those sites that lasts 1-2 years. My current investment in this site is over $10k and all my referrals and I are continuing to be paid which are all good signs of a fiscally responsible admin.

tl;dr: this is a ponzi, beware.

correct, all hyip's are ponzis. Been doing hyip's for over 10 years and there are all sorts of precautions and what not you learn over the years. Also my referral bonus will help you break even faster if you test a $25 deposit.

668  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling CUBAN CIGARS Full Boxes and Individual Cigars w/SERIAL # all intact on: October 16, 2013, 07:27:51 PM
Good news, my cigar shop friend was able to work out some decent pricing for me for ordering some in bulk as I mentioned earlier I was working on.

I have been able to reduce the pricing on a few of the boxes, and I have also added a few additional boxes of the Siglo VI (boxes of 10).
669  Economy / Goods / Re: New BitCoin accepted here sticker standard printing only $1.98 in BTC shipped US on: October 16, 2013, 05:46:12 PM
No, it is actually 99 cents in BTC equivilent, so one sticker for about .33 btc.  About 1 BTC should buy two stickers and US shipping.

haha I was reading this post and was so confused, then I saw the date.

Was a good time to buy bitcoins!

673  Economy / Marketplace / Re: If you are a US citizen you basically can go F yourself! BTCT, Bitfunder, Dwolla on: October 16, 2013, 12:36:29 AM
Every freedom seems to be slowly taken away from Americans under the guise of homeland security and fighting terrorism. I wonder how soon before its illegal for American citizens to even have a bank account outside the U.S.
They won't even need to make it illegal as a growing list of foreign owned banks, payment processors and financial companies are already singing kay sera sera to the US.

Though I am sure the U.S. would still prefer to have complete control and that would not be too difficult for them to just make it illegal to own a foreign bank account if you are American. Granted, they are getting a lot of data handed over from foreign banks, processors, etc. I am sure the U.S. will deem that not enough. Absolute money control is the government's goal and it'll probably stretch past American's if they allow it. They already monitor global internet data as it passes through the U.S. We've already seen instances of the long arm of the U.S. arresting and seizing foreign assets and foreigners.

I think Americans need to push for separatist movements in my opinion.

677  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Are Bitcoin securities Legal? on: October 14, 2013, 07:51:50 PM
who going to hold them accountable ?

If you sell a "bitcoin security" to an American, the SEC will eventually get involved if it peaks their curiosity.

bought my first big order of bitcoin back in 2011
679  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Whats stopping the worlds richest from buying all the coins? on: October 14, 2013, 07:36:27 PM
I agree I doubt "old money" type billionaires and millionaires will be getting into Bitcoin, but I don't see why young tech millionaires/billionaires wouldn't get into it.

Therefore, old money like Buffet and Gates won't be buying. But new money, like the facebook twins, they already bought.

ah I didn't know that they already bought. I imagine some of them have already made a lot of money off bitcoin if they purchased around the time I did when interest in it was first growing.
