Question.

For Solo mining. I use i0coind listtransactions command.
And I found I have 3 "48" I0coins found and in "orphan " category.

Is it mean I am successfully got 3 "48" coins?

And there is no change for the confirmation for a while.

BTC guild said I have 106 IOC now. I found that using CGminer will have more share than GUIminer with Phoenix miner.

one of my card running  CGminer and got 7 share since difficult 1 till now.
two of others running GUIminer with Phoenix got none. All stale.

Donate some IOC to me if you think it's working. jWYbNEwWJ1mqFKb5sut781auW6343AhK8Z

9  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: 5830's, what mh/s are you getting? on: July 06, 2011, 03:48:20 PM
getting 300Mhz @ 940Mhz/300Mhz

Not going to push up the core clock since running @ 1000Mhz probably shorten the life of the card.

Hey, I can't get a namecoin address. I did this step in windows 7

4. Create the "bitcoin.conf" file
Windows : file must be located in your application data folder \ namecoin
Linux : file must be located in ~/.namecoin
Populate "bitcoin.conf" with at least these lines  :
rpcuser=your_user
rpcpassword=your_pass
rpcport=8336
daemon=1

But when in step 5 to 8, I typed "c:\namecoin_win32\namecoind.exe", there is no "bitcoin server starting" appear in the command prompt and I have no Idea what to do next. I read your blog but its in linux not in windows, anyone can help?

5. Start namecoind again
bitcoin server starting

6. List available commands:
Note : on windows, you may need to open a new terminal.
./namecoind help

7. Get your first namecoin address(es):
You will need an address if you want to receive namecoins.
./namecoind listreceivedbyaddress 0 true

8. Generate a new address:
./namecoind getnewaddress

Hopefully, if these card are sold out, less people are willing to join mining since they will have to buy a much more expensive hardware. Smiley

16  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Is this going to work? 6870 + 5830 + Corsair 550W on: June 02, 2011, 07:34:45 PM
THANKS YOU GUYS

If my monitor has DVI and VGA input, do I need a dummy plug?

Can I just connect my extra 5830 to the VGA port instead of buying a dummy plug on ebay for $13?
17  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Is this going to work? 6870 + 5830 + Corsair 550W on: June 02, 2011, 07:19:35 PM
I am using a 95W TDP amd x3 cpu

psu is corsair vx550w, which I believe it should be a very good psu. (+12V give me 40A)

I use this:
http://extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine

to calculate my loading power @460W

DAMN! I should go for a 650W model.
18  Bitcoin / Mining / Is this going to work? 6870 + 5830 + Corsair 550W on: June 02, 2011, 07:02:32 PM
Hey, I am going to buy a 5830 and a pcie x1 extender cable and install them on 785G mobo for bitcoin mining.
