1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] [Pre ICO] BUY&SELL - CLASSIFIED PLATFORM on: March 05, 2018, 02:48:09 PM

Don't use telegram so will skip, at least you show good professionalism I guess I won't seek anymore to join bounties that you are in charge of when you don't do proper investigation for which company you are doing bounty. Remember it is not about getting paid it is about not screwing some people to invest into garbage project specially scam ones as these bounties can create nice buzz around them.

At least thanks for response.

I guess those that were first on the forum get the highest privileges, I mean we clearly see from this first post how are those big guys manipulating the system they have created. Thing is you will always have some pyramid where ones with power are at the top and there is nothing we can do about it. You can chose to stay or leave that's it, they even added negative red feedback to OP, they give negative to to many people already. Its their show anyway we are some random people with who they are playing. Nobody is forcing you to stay.
8  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: January 24, 2018, 11:25:53 PM
This might not be fair for new people, I don't know if others will ever consider to give merit to newbies. Guess I had to been registered here like 1year back to get some kind of "good" positions. Juniors and newbies are often treated poorly.
It's perfectly fair to new people.  It just means that in order for you to rank up or earn Merit, you have to write high-quality posts, rather than just spam a bunch of worthless stuff.  You're not being treated poorly; everyone has to write high-quality posts.  The only difference is that higher ranks start with more Merit as a baseline, which doesn't provide them any kind of advantage over you.

Well it provides them with sMerit, with more sMerit to vote for other posts if I may say this. While I, myself and I DON'T HAVE THE ABILITY to give merit to others. So if you are an "old schooler" here you have more power in your hands. Same applies with getting this "merit source" status you have to be high rank to be able to give merit to others and this is not related with our knowledge or engagement within the community.

10  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can Anyone Recommend Good altcoin wallets? on: January 24, 2018, 06:59:13 PM
I will recommend cryptonator and spectrocoin if you need convinience and easdm of use. If security is your concern go for Myetherwallet or Imtoken for ERC20 tokens.

Why on earth will you recommend places where he has no control over private keys? If he wanted this he could have put his coins on his exchanges and wouldn't ask for wallet alternatives.

Hello Everyone,

I am new to trading and I don't like holding my money in the different platforms when it's not getting traded. Therefore I am wondering if anyone has recommendations for some wallets with low fees and quick times, as well as an easy to use interface. I'm using Jaxx, Ethereum, and imToken right now but I don't find them particularly intuitive.

Thanks for the help

What's wrong with something like jaxx?

I guess you could try to use either https://coinomi.com/, which supports over 270 coins, or https://www.exodus.io/, which supports a dozen coins aswell.

I don't trust jaxx either and their interface for swapping coins is just a big no for me.

coinomi is good one for sure, easy to use only thing it is ONLY FOR ANDROID and it doesn't support ERC20 tokens, for ERC20 tokens I'd suggest https://eidoo.io/

That is not correct. Coinomi supports ERC20 tokens. https://medium.com/@coinomi/the-number-278-53f745594b51

Still I don't find all ERC20 tokens available, my knowledge could be thin about smart contracts but I understand that they don't support all of them. First time I hear about dApps even on coinomi. At least we learn something new every day.

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 130,000 dollars to invest. whats the best safe coin that you would invest on: January 21, 2018, 09:44:13 AM
I hate Ripple tbh, it's a centralized coin that works against what crypto has the potential to be in my mind. I think Neo, UBIQ, DRGN and ETH are all pretty good and safe investments for 2018. I would put 50% in BTC and maybe spread the other 50 between the four coins I mentioned... But that's just me. BTC should have a really good 2018!

Question is not weather the coin is centralized or decentralized or what principles it has and what are particular goals of one coin. Question is can you make money? Are people going to buy and invest into ripple and the answer is yes, from my perspective there is money to be made. As I said let the man think for himself as who knows if trusting random people over the internet is healthy for his investment.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 130,000 dollars to invest. whats the best safe coin that you would invest on: January 20, 2018, 09:41:29 AM
This is a huge amount to invest in crypto. But try out the Chimaera TokenSale for investing at least 10,000$ then some invest in other ICO and at last invest $50,000 of funds in the major profitable crypto like BNT, IOTA, ETC, Waves, TFL and many more available in the market. Try your research also.

We don't know yet much about ICOs, yes some of them successfully went till like 5x or even 10x from last year which is great return, but this whole market built around ICOs is still relatively new so it could have it's own risks. He can however try to invest into some alts or ICOs even but I wouldn't advise him to put all of his money there but to diversify by putting majority into btc and eth and rest simply to "bet" on ICOs.

We've seen NEOs raise last year which was outstanding with low investment like 1k$ you would have few hundreds of dollars, so yeah ICOs and alts are not to be thrown away as there is still profit that can be made.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy Eth with my Bitcoin on: January 20, 2018, 09:35:13 AM
Ethereum has a higher chance of gaining more % which is why you would want to change to them. Point is that you have many ICOs comming around ETH and they are accepting ETH and some accept other cryptos. But for whole thing to work they are tied to ethereum which creates a nice but wall at end it could hit 2k mark or so why not.
16  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do I get my Ethereum returned (SCAM GONWTWORK ICO) - Pre-sale on: January 19, 2018, 11:11:38 AM
You can't get your money back, this is how crypto currency work, next time inform yourself more before even sending your funds anywhere. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!!! YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE!
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin Negative Balance? on: January 18, 2018, 08:35:23 PM
Seems like a bug on blockchain.info , other explorers don't show this, anyway transaction can't be in negative state.

If something like this is really doable in some way it could generate bitcoins?
No. Bitcoin balances can't be negative. It's a GUI bug on blockchain.info, one of many bugs, just like it's possible to show transactions there that will never confirm. I don't trust their block explorer for anything unconfirmed.

Would you mind suggesting an other blockexplorer please?

Here to name a few:

https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/

18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best crypto to buy now in the CRASH?! on: January 16, 2018, 11:41:05 AM
If you have a lot of capital then I suggest go for bitcoin since its considered as the most volatile currency. It will surely be up again back to 16-17K. But if your low on budget then go for ADA,ETH,XRP.

"Low on budge" - he doesn't need to buy whole bitcoin..... he can buy parts of it

Nobody knows answer to your question, I will be happy if I knew and I'd pick the best one out there :/
19  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Saying hello, what would you do in my position? on: January 15, 2018, 08:40:26 PM
Cheers guys, thanks for the responses.

Yep, Kin went 10 x  (now more like 6x) which is why it now takes up so much of my portfolio.

Thinking now of leaving just a third of my kin in and diversifying to wanchain, and ICX, also the ICO'S for Bluzelle, Bee token, and Apex look really interesting.

Seemed like all coins were bouncing back yesterday but bad day again today.

You have to understand that speculation is like number 1 thing driving most of alts, when you see some pumps people tend to take their profits which is why they can stay in red zone for some time. I ma sure when many are in red, there are few who are gaining and are in green
20  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Saying hello, what would you do in my position? on: January 14, 2018, 09:54:47 AM
OP If you want you cna cash out 4k$ to bring all of this to zero loss for you.Later you can hold or simply try to pick up some other altcoins, avoid bitcoin it can't give you much in return. Do note that all of this is risky atm.

Congratz on your investment!!!!! 35k-55k is a lot of money man.

I really don't know what's so special on KIN and why it holds an enormous 64.91% of your portfolio, even surpassing BTC, ETH, and XMR; which is very confusing for me honestly. I'd personally go higher on those 3, and significantly drop down my KIN investment to probably 5% maximum.

But hey, if you really believe in KIN then go for it. It's your money at the end of the day. Tongue

KIN is good because it's backed up by famous chat kik. Because theres a good company behind it, no matter what it is used for - you have to understand flat way of thinking by majority of people that's how you get rich. Same is telegram lunches their ICO it will be pumped really hard.
