981  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: June 28, 2023, 01:12:10 PM
Gundogan's focus on a 2 season contract + 1 season auto-renewal if both parties agree is certainly a good choice for Barcelona and now Xavi doesn't seem to be too worried when Busquets leaves for Miami.
Gundogan is a very good midfielder and having him without transfer cost is good but Barcelona have to pay him good salary too. The two-year contract looks to be a good choice from Barcelona as they will not take too high risk. If Gundogan won't get serious injury, it's hard to lose his good performance within just two years. La Liga matches have lower intensity than matches in Premier League and it is good for Gundogan to adapt to the league style at his age too.

The auto-renewal term is not too important because I think both Gundogan and Barcelona don't actually want to bind with each other too long. Playing two seasons in Barcelona, enjoying La Liga and moving to Saudi Arabia if next three years, that league will still follow its strategy to buy star players from Europe.

Quote
But for other conditions the rumors about De Jong and Manchester United have returned to being a new drama for Barcelona in this summer's transfer.
De Jong just have very bad matches for Netherlands in UEFA Nations League. His style reduces attacking speed a lot and Barcelona need younger midfielders with more direct attacking styles.
982  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: June 27, 2023, 01:44:41 PM
Neymar to United doesn't seem like a good move for United, not the other way around. Neymar would be very happy to play in such a great club and looking at the new ownership discussions and all, he would be very good signing as well. However, he is constantly injured and United needs a good result right away, they can't handle all the bad negative results that may happen.
It is not a good move for Manchester United in my opinion too. They will have to pay expensive transfer cost to PSG and pay high salary to Neymar because Neymar will not accept too low salary. Neymar with his dribbling style and sensitivity to injuries will not survive in Premier League. His career can end sooner when he plays in Premier League and continues his hobby on dribbling.

Quote
This is why it is quite important for United to get some players that would impact right away and make them great as well. They already have a few good players, and they need to achieve a bit better soon as well, with like 3 great player transfers, they could literally fight for the top spot and they may end up doing that soon this summer if they do the whole takeover and money injection thing.
3 great players will consume big transfer money but they will have to improve their midfield and defensive areas first. They already have good attacking players but have worse ones in midfield and defensive areas. They must improve those areas as they will not have draws and wins if they get too many conceded goals. A good central defender to replace Maguire, a good creative attacking midfielder to support Bruno Fernandez and replace Eriksen should be their transfer priorities in this summer.
983  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [Poll] Which of these Categories of Bitcoiners are Most Bullish? on: June 27, 2023, 01:35:28 PM
For the sake of this thread though, I’d say generally it’s the miners and devs being most bullish, followed by institutions and finally the noobs. Noobs deserve last place because they’re only bullish when Bitcoin’s bullish.
Noobs join the market when the market is very bullish and they are attracted to join with dream of getting rich quickly.

They don't have anything regardless of greediness so they will change to be bearish, very bearish and will be shaken out from the market when it turns to be bearish or just with corrections. Noobs need times to get familiar with this market, understand more about Bitcoin, its network operation and digest FUDs without considerable fearful feelings. Many noobs will fail to mature in this market but we will always have new noobs with each Bitcoin bull run.
984  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [Poll] Which of these Categories of Bitcoiners are Most Bullish? on: June 27, 2023, 01:27:46 PM
I want to believe that everyone on this forum lover bitcoin and that they reason they got into cryptocurrency is because of bitcoin.
Not everyone. There are bitcoin maximalists and altcoin maximalists. There are Bitcoin haters like Faketoshis, Roger Ver, ...

Quote
I have categorized bitcoin people into Bitcoin miners, Bitcoin Core developers, Bitcoin institutions(like Microstrategy), Bitcoin Noobs.
Even they are doing things related to Bitcoin from mining, coding, investing, learning, you will always see weak hands and disbelieved people. They can have belief in Bitcoin but not all people keep their thinking the same year to year. Especially in bear markets, when lot of things happen and mostly negative, some people will give up and switch to do other things.

Quote
I know there are many more but pardon me that is the best that comes to mind. Of these categories which do you think are do you think are the most bullish.
Miners are people who have to invest capital and you can consider them as most bullish because they take risk that they will have to mine for a while till a break-even time that is not a short waiting time. But there will be miners who give up, capitulate in bear market. Same with Bitcoin investors, coders and noobs.
985  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: June 27, 2023, 11:41:31 AM
At an age like Luca Modric, there are those who start thinking about money, there are those like Modric where when he feels he can play for a top club like Real Madrid, he will be happy to do it and without thinking about the money that is offered to him. Modric himself must have considered what will happen next when he is unable to provide the best for the club, and surely that is a risk that he will be ready to take on later.
Winning Champions League is a dream for every player and many super star players did not win a single Champions League. Luka Modric has won five Champions League titles and he even won a Ballon d'Or as well as many La Liga titles with Real Madrid. In Croatia, he has been awarding as a best player of Croatia in many years. He can retire anytime he want without regret.

However he still plays very well at nearly 40s and it is another big surprise from Modric. He still don't want to leave Europe and I guess he wants to win one more Champions League with Real Madrid or want to win a title with Croatia. This summer he came very nearly to a first title with his national team but failed in a penalty shootouts by Spain.

Quote
Joining a Saudi Arabian club is a shortcut, especially for those players who have not been looked at by many European clubs, of course the money they will get is so tempting.
Joining a Saudi Arabia club and be rich is not too bad. I believe Modric will join that league soon, maybe after Euro 2024 as after that, it's impossible for him to aim at World Cup 2026.
986  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When is the right time to buy bitcoin before the halving? on: June 26, 2023, 03:35:45 AM
The right and best possible time to buy bitcoin is now! If you obssess yourself by trying to figure out the best possible moment to buy, chances are that you will wait for too long and end up paying much more than you would if you didn't wait. After all, no one can really time the market and thos who tell you that they can and know when is bottom are full of shit.
Buy bitcoin now if you don't have to borrow money to buy it.

Bitcoin has only less than 12 more months till its halving in 2024 and 11 months are good enough to plan your accumulation. Price will not rise too soon or make a new all time high too soon, we have months until the halving but accumulation should be started right now.

Quote
My suggestion is to look into DCA (dollar cost average) method to get a habit of buying bitcoin regularly and to stop thinking too much about price volatility.
DCA https://dcabtc.com/

Looking at lowest prices year by year will help to debunk that fear.
987  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: June 26, 2023, 01:55:54 AM
We expects good results from the reds next season. Liverpool is unlikely to be rebuilt; instead, the club requires prospective backup replacements for players who are leaving the squad. Jurgen Klopp does not hurry up signings; he takes his time determining what he wants for the club. In addition to that, their performance this season was one of their worst in decades, and I'm sure Klopp doesn't want that terrible experience to repeat itself in the new season, which is why he's taking the time to examine the estimated budgets that would fit his squad and direct them to winning ways.
Without Champions League, Liverpool will have less income in this season and it impacts their transfer budget in the summer. They have to reduce their spending for transfers as it should be. Anyway they have good player resource and the more important task for them is double checking their health care for players. They must have better medial, nutritious care and training process for their players which are not too harsh to cause injuries on their players.

If they can reduce like a half or more than half of injured cases like in the past season, they will have a stronger squad and can compete better in Premier League. In a new season, they will not play in Champions League and it will help their players have more energy and focus on Premier League. Playing in Europa League will be more comfortable than playing in Champions League.
988  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it true that if you bounce bitcoin back and forth to different wallets on: June 26, 2023, 01:51:25 AM
that after a certain amount of time the bitcoin becomes practically anonymous? As in, not being able to be traced back to the original KYC exchange, or in the case of "tainted" bitcoin, that?
If you sending your bitcoins back and forth between different addresses in one wallet, it does not make sense. All transactions will be linked to that wallet. Do you mean back and forth by sending your coins to your used addresses? It is bad because the recommendation is don't reuse your Bitcoin addresses.

If you have ever read guidelines to use Coinjoin transactions or Mixers, you will see they emphasize the importance of Inputs and Outputs. You have to choose Inputs, Outputs and Anonymity set properly to have good anonymity. If after a Coinjoin transaction or mixing process, you use Outputs to send back to your used addresses, it does not help your anonymity.
989  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks offering investing in Bitcoin on: June 26, 2023, 01:47:33 AM
Now I wonder, do they just want to enter the market and profit off of it or are there some other intentions? Since they offer an exchange for business users, could it be possible that the system could be used so the government could actually tax Bitcoin by taxing the company investing in it trough the bank account?
Banks provide services to keep their businesses running and bringing income for their companies. As businesses, they can not survive without customers and income. With new products for Bitcoin and cryptocurrency users, banks will have a new customer population which are not small.

Will they deploy backdoors in request of governments to collect user transactions and use them for taxing? Very possible and they even do it many years, so why do they have to stop it if their customers use their bank services for transactions related with Bitcoin and cryptocurrency business deal ?

I see no reasons why they have to stop collecting customer transaction data.

Quote
What do you guys think, should banks even be in 'the game'?
The game is opened for everyone. Bitcoin network does not censor any transaction and Bitcoin protocol is not against bank systems to join.

But Hazard also didn't use the chances he got. All those injuries led him to be caught in a downward spiral, which is tough for every player to get out of, but for Hazard it seemed to be even harder as he wasn't as secure with the ball and as flexible when he tried to launch one of his speedy attacks. At no point did it make sense to compare the Chelsea Hazard with the Madrid Hazard. At Chelsea he was on top of everything.
Hazard got problems with not only injuries but also with his weight. He even played worse than Gareth Bale who at least could make some important goals for Real Madrid in his last seasons in Bernabeu.

Bale was vulnerable with injuries too but he still had better fitness than Hazard. No one can know real problems of Hazard as he quickly turned to be one of world best players in Chelsea to like a useless player in Real Madrid. His case is worse than Higuain who moved from Napoli to Juventus and after a few summer months, got an overweight body too. However Higuain did played well for Juventus and he was not falling uncontrollable in performance like Hazard.

992  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: June 25, 2023, 12:36:35 PM
When Borussia Dortmund bring in a new player and they are still young, they know what potential this player has. Edson Alvarez is predicted to replace the position left by Jude Bellingham, but on the other hand many people say that the position between Jude and Alvarez is not the same. Yes, that's true, but actually Edson Alvarez has the potential to replace the role of Bellingham, who managed to get an agreement with Real Madrid in the transfer market this summer. I see that too, that Edson Alvarez has good potential in that position.
Edson Alvarez looks to have not too bad statistics in the 2022 - 2023 season for Ajax. Player data shows his stats and with his position as a defensive midfielder, he plays at a different position than Jude Bellingham.

Jude plays in the midfield too but he is like a box-to-box midfielder and is more keen on attacking than defensive. Edson is already 25 years old and he will be not a young player who is bought to replace Jude and grow up to a star player to sell on the market. Dortdmund scout team will find a younger midfielder as their long term replacement for Jude.

Vlahovic was linked to Bayern Munich since last month but i didn't see any news regarding the progress of this transfer apparently Vlahovic is not Tuchel main target because Bayern doesn't seems too serious to gets this player because if Bayern really want this player they should be officially to bid but last time i heard Chelsea was under negotiation with Juventus for Vlahovic and Chelsea have already bid 60 millions for him so Vlahovic to Bayern seems only a remains rumour
Vlahovic is a very promising striker and deserves to grow up his career in big league and big club. Bayern Munich is a big club but Bundesliga is not a too big league. It is in top five leagues in Europe but the competitiveness there is less than in La Liga and Premier League or even Serie A. If Vlahovic moves to a new club, I guess he will choose a club from either Premier League or La Liga.
993  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: June 24, 2023, 04:29:19 AM
Regarding the candidates for the next PSG coach, I think that neither Zidane nor Enrique have a high capacity to manage a top European club and PSG should at least choose one of these coaching candidates to become PSG coach starting next season. But as far as I've seen and heard Zidane's chances of managing PSG are slim and Enrique is closer to being able to do the job.
Zidane won 3 Champions League with Real Madrid and he did not succeed when he returned to Real Madrid a second time. He has won biggest titles as a club coach and he no longer has bigger targets with clubs. What he ambitiously wants is winning World Cup and Euro with France as their national coach. If Zidane takes over the coach position in PSG, he will have to wait till 2025 or 2026 or 2028, after Euro 2024, World Cup 2026 and till Euro 2028 to manage France national team. It is a very long waiting time and in 2026 or 2028, will France still have a strong squad like now?

I believe Zidane will wait one more year to see chances with France national team and he will reject any offer from PSG.

Quote
Surely Enrique will need Neymar as the spearhead of PSG and that will also evoke a bit of nostalgia for the two of them like they did at Barcelona. Maybe the thing that should be avoided for Neymar is the injury that often threatens his career in football.
Neymar at PSG is different than Neymar who worked with Enrique years ago in Barcelona. He is now older and more vulnerable with injuries especially with his sensitive ankles.  Enrique understands Neymar but will they be able to cooperate well again, I don't know and mainly because of Neymar contribution is uncertain with his injury history.
994  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: June 24, 2023, 04:23:36 AM
I don't think finances are a problem because indeed the club owners in the Saudi Professional League really have quite capable wealth. Apart from that, they have succeeded in recruiting a number of world superstars, of course because they are serious about building the football industry by carrying out "Vision 2030" to make the country an attractive place for tourists. The presence of the world's top footballers is expected to be one of the drivers of Saudi Arabia's popularity.
I believe Saudi Arabia have better plans for their domestic Saudi Professional League than China with Chinese League years ago. I believe the Vision 2030 is key for those clubs to start their ambitious transfers with those super star and star players from Europe. It started months ago after success of World Cup 2022 in Quatar and is continuing more seriously in this summer.

Quote
The Public Investment Fund (PIF) is a foundation that manages Saudi Arabia's wealth. Through PIF they build a more advanced football industry project and maybe it will make the Saudi League the best competition in the world.
PIF have more ambitious plan than Chinese League and the 2030 Vision is far than only football development for Saudi Arabia. They know that their country can not solely rely on income from natural gas, fuel forever. They must build up more infrastructures for their countries, from education, sports to other areas. Like with Blockchain industry, we see Middle East as a hub of this industry last 5 years.

Quote
In contrast to the Chinese Super League, whose popularity only lasted temporarily. But I see PIF has a long term target and also they are very strong financially. It's not easy to recruit Cristiano Ronaldo and a number of other world stars, they certainly have thought very carefully when making that decision. I see the Saudi Professional League has a different way to what the Chinese Super League has done.
Problems with Chinese Super League is they only bought average players, not star and super star players. Quality of players bought by Chinese Super League clubs are lower than Cristiano Ronaldo, Benzema and Kante. At beginning Saudi Professional League clubs look to have a better approach. They are using their money more wisely than clubs from China.
995  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Having no money to invest in Bitcoin is even better on: June 23, 2023, 11:38:50 AM
I've studied most Bitcoin investors, those who have money to invest are the ones going around looking for someone to teach them how to invest, the first thing they want to learn is how to use the exchange to make purchases using Fiat on the exchange, they are always in hurry, they have no time.
Are you sure all people with capital for investment do the same?

Some are stupid, greed, lazy and do things like you said but some others will do due diligent researches before they are ready to spend capital for investment. They are intelligent investors.

Quote
Those who don't have money, have all the time to keep learning and reading stuff online about Bitcoin and the crypto space, they have no reason to be in any hurry and it seems they are the ones that avoid the unnecessary dramas in the crypto space because they took their time to learn first.
They are not all smart people but when they don't have money, they have to work and learn to get bitcoin from their works or use salary to buy bitcoin.

However, they can be the same like stupid investors who initially have capital. After getting money from salary, they might be in hurry with investment and can change from investment to trading. If they end with Leverage or Futures tradings, no happy result and ending for them.

Reminder: do not keep your money in online accounts
996  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it too late for newbies? on: June 23, 2023, 11:27:24 AM
Is it the right time to invest in Bitcoin?
You can invest in Bitcoin anytime you are ready to spend your money and are ready to lose your money. Because investment has risk and you can have profit or loss with your investment.

Using your money to invest is reasonable only if you don't need that money for your life, food, different bills, expenses. If you have to borrow money to invest in Bitcoin, it is never right thing to do.

Quote
If you have any success stories you would like to share, I would be very grateful if I could benefit from them as well...
Welcome to Bitcoin market and you must listen to lost stories rather than successful stories. This market is very challenging and risky, don't listen to successful stories and think you will be rich easily.

Ac milan seems try to sell theo hernandez. I remember that if atletico's coach was theo's fan. I think that atletico madrid will consider buying him but we must note it if ac milan will be asking very high amounts of money which probable around €80 - €100 millions.

I don't even think atletico madrid can afford to buy him from ac milan.
First the price is a joke. What club will spend such expensive cost to buy Theo Hernandez. Remember he is not like a very good player and he is not too young. I know with appearance of Saudi Professional clubs, there are something unprecedented on the transfer market going on but that price is too expensive for Theo.

Second, ATM are not rich in finance and they are tightening and reducing their spending so they will not spend €80 - €100 millions to buy a single player, and not spend such for Theo.

Quote
Lukaku has been directly making a negotiation with chelsea at this moment. He wants to stay in intermilan even longer. It seems like the club was not interesting to sell him to the milan but lukaku still insists on surviving in intermilan.
Lukaku never feel happy with Chelsea and I believe he will not find an agreement as well as happiness to play for them. He will try to leave in another loan or a transfer to another club. In Inter Milan, he is welcomed so it will be his first favorite destination when leaving Chelsea.
998  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin gift to wife on wedding. on: June 23, 2023, 02:51:20 AM
You missed the point that bitcoin is not legal in his country, as far as he said. So it may not be bragging, but going public with bitcoin in a banned country is also something to avoid if he doesn't want to get in trouble after the wedding is over. As for me, when investing in bitcoin, we value privacy, so there is no reason to brag in such public places, especially as it would involve legal issues. I really don't think it's a good idea. But in the end, the decision is still his.
In a country with Bitcoin prohibition, you can have legal troubles if you buy and sell your coin and government agencies, authorities know about that. You will not be any issue if you do it privately like on non KYC exchanges and store your coins in your non custodial wallets.

So just considering about how you buy and sell your coins. If the entry is privately, you can safely store your coins without engagement from government, without legal issue with them.

When you finish your coin buying, you can send it to your wife's non custodial wallet.

1000  Economy / Gambling / Re: BK8 - Biggest and Most Trusted Brand. Asia's #1 Crypto online casino BTC & USDT on: June 22, 2023, 01:41:19 PM
But to encourage players to log into their casino account as often as possible and as much as possible, of course, any casino is interested.  This also means that by logging into your account in this casino, of course, many players want to play a little.  Well, this is what the gambling business itself exists for.
I think that this is exactly the case in the case of distribution of bonuses, stretched over time and within a certain time interval.
Bonuses should be distributed to active users only. It does not make sense to distribute bonuses to very inactive users like no log-in after six months or one year. In Bitcointalk, the system will mark those accounts as woke-up.

Will the policy force BK8 users to wake up their accounts to be eligible for bonuses? I doubt it will trigger those accounts because you can not exploit bonuses, faucets on casinos. Casinos are very sensitive to cheating and they don't allow it to happen. Exploitation can drain out their faucet and marketing budget very quickly.
