There have been trading movements so let us see how long they will gonna last. They branding themselfs as fair and square but : Team= no names no faces. Is there a team? If so, why not identify yourself to gain more trust? Site= spelling mistakes and just simply clone of other sites, so not really "made from scratch" service. Domain purchase for duration of 1 year gives more trust  Loads of "brand new" accounts to shill this thread. This always is visible and drawing red flags. OP operates in shady way of not registered anywhere business. So in case of any kind of scam nobody can find him. And those trading movements more likely wash trading or self trading to "prove" interest in this space. Yes. Definitely safe and honest service. |

I am mostly they entire time when I am trading behind my laptop. So I place every buy and sell manually. The only riskmanagement I use is to diversify my orders at different levels with smaller parts of my balance. Because the strategy I am using isn't 100% accurate. So if I buy into the market and 5 min later the coin keeps dropping then I enter in multiple lower limits as well. Beside that I do not have other risk management strategy Use support and resistance as guidance. Use bolinger bands on higher time frames to make sure you going in right direction. Also check "bolinger bands" strategy and maybe employ this as extra help to make your trades booletproof.  drawed simple S/R and + bollingerbands to verify if levels are good. Good luck mate |

Why you attacking me for showing off few facts about your DEX? which is not DEX. My questions still stands:
Do you have info about yourself and your company which operates this DEX?
Why you providing inaccurate info here and on your DEX?
Why did you registered only for 1 year your domain for this DEX if you so sure you will be so legit and fair and square?
If you pulled my details why not go to main page of my service and screenshot my footer? My company is fully registered in uk and i had no issue to register domain for 3+ years knowing i am legit which is shown in "who is" look up data you screenshotted.. Also i have enough past history here and few other places.
What i gathered is enough to red tag you here.
Do you see the difference? Beside my service is not turnkey script but properly coded service from scratch.

I noticed few things which did draw my attention, please respond with clear answers. Your dex is not really dex. Script is well known on github and even your logo was placed with rush. Can you answer why your info on site is different than here in your main thread?  Also typos are red flags as it shows its one man band team. The fact that they have a bot trading on their exchange with their own customers creates an unavoidable conflict of interest. They cease to be a neutral platform and this creates wrong incentives.
Moreover, the bot also creates a serious financial risk to the exchange when bitcoin crashes. Something that can make them insolvent with their customers paying the price.
Their customers sell their bitcoins to the bot and the exchange ends up with a huge loss if the price keeps dropping and they take time to sell the bitcoins on another exchange.
I wrote about this on my August emails exchange with them and they didn't deny that they were the owners of the bot. They simple answered that my money was safe.
It's clear (at least) on their most important market, the BTCEUR, the existence of a continuous trading of small amounts, every minute. This indicates that the bot trades with itself.
Clearly, a customer's bot wouldn't do this. Which confirms that the bot is theirs.
This inflates artificially their volume and, therefore, is also a misleading tactic.
But as far as I know, they never disclosed publicly that they are running a bot on their own exchange. This is another red flag.
I don't know how serious this is under Italian law, but I'm going to also raise this issue with the Italian authorities. It sounds very serious to me. As you said the red flags keep building up against them. The Italian authorities would definitely welcome your evidence because there is no way the scammers at Rock Trading have 24 hour volumes of +500k EUR but they continue to send that scam information to CMC Best part is: wash trading will be their nail to the coffin. because a. volume allows to prove they made money on fees and maybe they didnt paid tax on it and b. wash trading in general is scummy way of attracting customers. Seriously if they have 500k daily and even 0.1% fees is payable for this volume than simple math will show they are scamming or a. users or b. tax office. |

established for sure. deposit and withdrawal fees are exaggerated. nobody sane will even approach you with this business model. no liquidity , no volume and only charges. You have no history, no faces and no real user base. My advice: swallow those charges and you might be successful. |

I made little update to the article. Coinfan do you will file legal case against them?
Thanks for your interest. This case is already under review of an Arbitrator connected to the Italian Central Bank that has automatic jurisdiction over them (they couldn't refuse it). Which means that inevitably the final decision will be sent to this Bank. They breached so many rules of their own TOS that they will end up fined and closed. But the postal police will also be informed of the decision. This will take time, but I'll be here informing the community. Keep us posted. im watching this closely. |
