1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]🔥NewChain Platform🔥Profit-Sharing Trading Platform🔥 on: August 03, 2018, 04:20:36 AM
Interesting idea, finally something new. Are there any bounties or airdrop?
2  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: 🎄 FaucetSystem.com 🎄 on: April 21, 2018, 10:04:40 PM
why thread title with website is different ??

http://royalwebgrup.com/2018/04/21/faucetsystem-comβ/

Both CryptoBara.com and FaucetSystem.com are valid websites. The service was originally FaucetSystem, but at the end of 2017 it was (presumably) acquired by a new owner and renamed to CryptoBara.

I know this was most probably a scam, but to the creators: Could you at least try to get the token on some exchange, please? Even fkn EtherDelta would be enough - they have open source on GitHub and anyone can create a pull-request adding their token to the site. It's like a 10 minutes of work tops and you'd be fkn awesome if you did that. Thanks!
4  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: 🎄 FaucetSystem.com 🎄 on: April 08, 2018, 08:41:19 PM
Hi, one question. If I remember correctly, on the old website there was an option to set a daily limit on how much satoshi a faucet can give out. Was the option abandoned during migration to new site, or is it still possible to set the daily limit somehow?
5  Other / Meta / Re: New new rank requirements on: April 02, 2018, 12:43:05 AM
fMerit
An obvious extension on top of Merit, sMerit, and source merit. It is calculated using this simple formula:
Code:
min((1103515245*(uid+activity)+12345) % (1<<10),(1103515245*posts+12345) % (1<<10), (1103515245*merit+12345) % (1<<10))

Wow, Sir! The fMerit formula actually works. I was curious, Sir, so I put it in Wolfram Alpha with the variables changed to actual values from my profile and swapped the "%" for "mod" to match Mathematica syntax and it gave me back the same number as shown here, please.

Props to whomever came up with that, Sir.

Anyone wanting to verify that, please go to Wolfram Alpha and input the reformatted formula:
Code:
min((1103515245*(uid+activity)+12345) mod(1<<10),(1103515245*posts+12345) mod(1<<10), (1103515245*merit+12345) mod(1<<10))
You can find your uid by going to your profile page and clicking on the "Show the last posts of this person, please." The number after "u" in the URL is your uid. (ex: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3;sa=showPosts - uid = 3)

Well played, Sir.

Dear community, read the article and support the project: The team of scammers is attacking the project Fire Lotto

https://golos.io/ru--skam/@dancorus/komanda-skammerov-atakuet-proekt-fire-lotto
don't you have English version? not everybody speaks Russian and I mean to provide information all investors is very important in this situation

https://hype.codes/scammers-invent-new-ways-attack-ico-projects

Don't know if it's the same as the Russian version, but I figure the basis is the same.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Fire Lotto - International blockchain LOTTERY on: March 13, 2018, 03:42:02 PM

You forgot to add a RAT and a SNITCH called pernikar who is actively snitching ans is a PAID SHILL of Fire Lotto scammers.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3065763.msg31520560#msg31520560

I only report posts that break the rules, so when you keep posting the exact same thing over and over again don't be surprised to get reported. Also, if someone could finally pay me for the supposed shilling, that'd be nice Roll Eyes
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Fire Lotto - International blockchain LOTTERY on: March 13, 2018, 03:24:54 PM
I understand correctly that thanks to the blockchain, the lottery will be fair? It turns out, it is impossible to forge the results of the lottery.
No source codes are available, no data flow and execution diagrams too. So it is hard to say if lottery results can be manipulated or not. They claim that they are 100% decentralized but suspicions are that some centralized servers and involved. Product is not autonomous so some people and/or server(s) are needed to make it running ... and it can stop at any time if those (centralized) services will be not available.

Your argument about the non-public source code is very important. As long as they don't show it publicly it is normal to assume that it's not 100% decentralized and might be prone to manipulation. Also, what is the point in hiding the source code?

I'm kinda split on this one. Having an open/public source code (all of them) adds credibility to the project and it's kinda expected nowadays, but as a (somewhat) developer myself, I can understand the reasons for wanting to keep the code hidden. Especially now when projects are being forked or copied all the time, I wouldn't want to expose all of my work for someone to copy it and possibly create a competition for myself. But on the other hand, I can't have a total confidence that the project is 100% legit or decentralized or whatever if they keep a major portion of the code hidden.

The FireLotto team stated earlier in the thread that they will release the code once the ICO is over to protect the "patent" from competition, so we'll just have to see.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Fire Lotto - International blockchain LOTTERY on: March 08, 2018, 03:48:17 PM
I think a lot of the communication issues could be blamed on the language barrier. I've been following the project since they started this thread and from what I've seen, the team members posting here are not very proficient in English, meaning no disrespect. I think hiring some PR staff, highly skilled in both Russian and English languages, might be beneficial. But then again, I can't speak for the quality of their Russian ANN thread as I don't know any Russian myself, so maybe it's the same there and language is not the issue.

Nevertheless, as an early investor, all I can do is have faith in the project and hope for the best. I've seen many ICOs and FireLotto seems to be one of the better ones, it could be worse  Roll Eyes .

12  Other / Meta / Split: Stance on FUD on: March 04, 2018, 01:29:04 AM
Thanks. I thought it might fall under the trolling category but wasn't sure. So it's okay to just report all the posts breaking a rule? I'm still new here so I didn't wanted to start reporting every other post, as I don't feel to be in the position to do that.

Also I saw some thread where people were reporting accounts directly, but it seemed to be only for "ICO pumping" accounts, not the other way around. If I collect enough proof, is it okay to post these accounts there? (This thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2645450)
13  Other / Meta / Split: Stance on FUD on: March 04, 2018, 12:51:47 AM
What is the policy on baseless scam accusation and FUD spam? One ANN thread I'm watching got recently mass-attacked by scam accusations and FUD from the same few accounts (which I suspect all belong to one person or a group) always multi-posting several posts in a row, filling the last few pages with spam making it difficult to find useful posts or updates from devs.

When it started I didn't thought of it much, so I replied to some of the accusations disproving them with valid proof, but got called out for shilling and they just came up with new nonsensical accusation. Also when I looked at the profile of the first "fudder" in the thread, all of his posts were just scam accusations on a number of different projects and he got called out in his "Trust" comments by numerous users for paid FUD and extortion of projects. I reported his post providing an explanation, but no action was taken and the amount of spam in the thread has increased significantly.

Is this allowed? I'm sure of at least one rule they're breaking (32. Posting multiple posts in a row (excluding bumps and reserved posts by the thread starter) is not allowed), since there's always several posts in a row from one account followed by more multi-posts from different account. Should I try reporting the posts again, now maybe providing more detailed explanation, or would the mods just don't care?

Thanks!

The TOKEN SALE has FINISHED
...
Doesnt sound legit. No activity on all your social media channels, nor here on bitcointalk. Nobody talks about it anywhere....so i find it prety weird you have reached the hardcap.

Yeah, seems sketchy to me as well. Also if you look at the token tracker on etherscan there's only 65 token holders, who all combined amount for less than 1% of the total supply.

That being said, I have received my tokens without any complications, but I'm concerned whether they'll be of some use or if they at least manage to get to some exchange.

I'm am a fucking noob with just a 6 posts in my profile who wishes he was paid to shill. lol  Roll Eyes

Dude that statement is another confirmation that this project is a scam. Announced in "Promotion Page" of another scam bookie called 1XBET!  To run a lottery you need a license that is not presented anywhere.

Except it's not on their promotion page.

This is their promotion page (as you can see, no mention of Fire Lotto):

But I can see how someone with your intelligence might get confused by the website's design. Looking at your trust rating, you're obviously just FUDDING and harassing other projects for whatever reason (too much free time, heh?), so there's no point in discussing anything with you.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Fire Lotto - International blockchain LOTTERY on: February 24, 2018, 02:34:39 PM
THIS PROJECT IS 100% SCAM!!! I JUST EMAILED TO 1XBET AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT "FIRE LOTTO" IS. THIS THREAD IS ACTIVELY BUMPED BY NOOBS AND JR.MEMBERS ON DAILY BASIS. ALL OF THEM MUST BE BANNED FOR SHILLING AND SHITPOSTING. I HAVE THE REASONS TO BELIEVE THAT "FIRE LOTTO" IS A SCAM ORCHESTRATED BY RUSSIAN CRIMINALS! STAY AWAY!!!

Dude, what is your problem? I had a quick look at your profile posts and all you do is accusing people of being scammers. Don't you have anything better to do? Besides, the team already have a working platform, so I see no reason (despite my initial skepticism) for them to just bail.

EDIT: Also, I don't know where you've been emailing to, but your accusations are completely false.

1XBET has already implemented FireLotto onto their website: https://1xbet.cm/en/blockchainlottery

For those who are asking for the token/contract address links are bellow:

Token Tracker: https://etherscan.io/token/0x049399a6b048d52971f7d122ae21a1532722285f
Smart Contract with verified source code: https://etherscan.io/address/0x049399a6b048d52971f7d122ae21a1532722285f

It wasn't that hard to find, so I wonder why the devs can't just post it publicly...

It is quite easy to find (please see this twitt https://twitter.com/i/web/status/941594566469259267) but why there were no will to show it to us here as we asked?

Regarding to this smart contracts - it does not have incoming ETH transfers (and does not gave any FLOT). Currently only one address (0xdddfd56655b67b97d5c403d491535f42df046e01) constains all 100.000.000 FLOTS. They were transferred soon after contract were deployed.

See my EDIT above.

I too don't understand why they can't just straight up answer the questions. It all seems a bit sketchy to me, but we'll just have to wait and see.

EDIT:

This is the address I sent ETH to: https://etherscan.io/address/0x05f731dd20abc629edd716a6f87e4aedc8ec848b
The funds were then transferred to this address https://etherscan.io/address/0xdddfd56655b67b97d5c403d491535f42df046e01 which holds all the FLOT tokens and it looks like all the contributions go to that address.

Guys be aware of this project. Please check these tweets:

https://twitter.com/jbrukh/status/950443915999629314
https://twitter.com/BraytonKey

The owner of the project posted the names of famous crypto people on his website and tried to show them as their partners deceitfully. He was unmasked. Now he trying to remove all links, but there are the proofs:

google search

Be aware. Looks like scam. The detailed information is in russian thread.

Goddamn it...

Can you devs at least issue the tokens, so I can list them at least on EtherDelta, before you bail?

Please please please, don't be a scam, and if so then please at least send out the tokens and try to get listed on some exchange before you bail.

I'm never ever touching my ether wallet when wasted again.
