I can understand, seems the system's actual challenge is to create a fast way to convert USD towards Bitcoins, seems like Paypal cannot do this, nor Credit Cards

I'm new here, I would like to see how it works. Biggest challenge is to trade USD with Bitcoins in a fast way. Paypal is the ideal way to act fast, but drawback is that some are abusing the system.
In order to test Bitcoin, I'm willing to buy 2 BTC for 16 USD from my Paypal account. Any Paypal cost is for you, but still should give you a nice deal.
