101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your view of BTC stable while altcoin pumpin? on: May 25, 2019, 08:18:47 AM
In the past few days, btc has been hovering around 7800 usd, and all the altcoins have begun to rise. What is the reason for this?
It is a normal thing that have been happening in the crypto space from the time I joined the market, anytime the price of bitcoin begins to moon, the price of altcoins also moon along with bitcoin, also anytime the price of bitcoin is static, the price of altcoins still continues to moon, the only time that we might not see altcoin mooning is when we begin to see a dump in the price of bitcoin because it just seems as if the market is following bitcoin trend and will always move the way bitcoin move except when the price is static.
102  Economy / Economics / Re: Forms of converting cryptocurrencies into cash on: May 25, 2019, 06:32:19 AM
Just like in subject. How do you converting cryptocurrencies into cash? For example in Poland I can convert in so-called bitcoinmat from page shitcoins.club. I don't know how is it in other countries, so please reply. Thanks Smiley
Wrhen I was a newbie I'd always need the help of local exchnages to convert my Bitcoin to cash or transfer it to my bank account straight. But these people always don't buy at the exact rate, rather they minus it, cause that's a way for them to make their own gains.

I was doing that until I discovered Luno wallet and also found out that most of them that are local exchangers were using Luno to do their business as well. So that is how I started using their wallet since it allows me to withdraw to my bank straught away. You can also make use of BitPay debit card.
103  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrencies Pose Risks to Banks, Warns Basel Committee on: May 25, 2019, 05:43:40 AM
You know, things like this are what makes me wonder what is the main purpose of Bitcoin and who exactly is behind it? I read what the Basel Committee said about Cryptocurrency and they were able state out some facts which are true about Cryptocurrency.

But there are a lot of us who are the good guys and loves Bitcoin, what exactly are we going to do since the bad guys have decided to ruin everything? There are lots of bad guys and Bitcoin being anonymous now gives them the chance to do whatever they wish to do because they know that no one is going to question them for whatever they do.
104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is blockchain a perfect solution? on: May 24, 2019, 12:54:45 PM
We live in a world where our online IDs are in the hands of the government and banks, and we rely on them to keep it secure. Blockchain IDs on the other hand, put you and you only in control. Therefore, you can store all your passwords and any other personal information on the blockchain, eliminating the need of passwords in everything. In the future, these ID services could be applied to government services, medicines and any other record keeping agency.

Blockchain system exist to combat greed and middlemen and to give individuals ultimate control of their identity and activity. In a blockchain future, we will see a world where our medical records are immediately available if we are in an accident; where online voting was possible; and where transparency was paramount and greed is disincentivized.
There is no doubt that the blockchain technology is the most advanced and developed technology ever found on this planet. There are thousands of innovations found in the blockchain tech daily making them immortal and long lasting. Blockchain might be a perfect solution for all the advanced techniques and I am sure that in some coming years we can see impossible turning possible only because of the blockchain technology.

Everyone might be having faith in the government of their country but the government is not stable and keep on changing as per the year changes so we cannot really depend on the next coming government to keep our identities safe which is completely opposite in terms of blockchain.
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable coins in cryptocurrency? on: May 24, 2019, 12:33:34 PM
How many stable coins have been registered at Coinmarketcap to date? And what is the cheapest price. Please provide your knowledge, Thank you for contributing to this comment.
Stable coins are designed to have a little fluctuation as possible, and most of them u know are using the US dollar as benchmark while they try to maintain the $1 price. There other stable coins that are making use of other currencies as their benchmark as well, so you know that USD is not the only currency they use for a stable coin. Some of them makes use of the Euro.

The most popular stable coin there is, is USDT and it currently has a market cap of almost $3 billion. It is followed by other stable coins like TUSD and USDC. Then there is PAX, which was recently added to the blockchain wallet. Other ones are GUSD, DAI, EURS, BITCNY, etc.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Upcoming potential ICOs/IEOs on: May 24, 2019, 12:11:27 PM
As bitcoin is on its bull-run phase, more money will be poured into the market. ICOs/IEOs will be consequently benefited from that. This has been proven in 2017's end. Do you guys have any recommendations for upcoming potential ICOs/IEOs? Give some explanation for your choice if possible.
There are lots of ICO these days (IEO as well), there are lots of them that you can find. But you should know that it is not necessary to invest in ICO/IEO, cause even without all these stuffs you can still make money from cryptocurrency by just buying some coins and storing them in your private wallet, the money will keep on growing as the market price goes up.

If you still decide to invest in ICO then it is up to you to decide what you think is best cause I don't recommend ICO to people, it is best you look for them yourself and do the research and know which is best for you to choose.
107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can I spend the daily expense by playing gambling? on: May 24, 2019, 11:41:13 AM
Gambling should play just for fun. You should not spend your pocket money with gambling money.

It can only be for fun if you are rich or living a comfortable life. You can't tell this to those who are needy and believing, hoping that they would be rich or make a living with gambling.
Well, everything becomes much easier when you are wealthy enough. So I agree that it would be much easier to play for fun having a lot of money.
That is a very very mad idea and could lead you to a life of misery and chaos. You want to get rid of the cycle of making money and spending the money on your needs but it Is not a very good way to do that. Try to beat the market and come up with a great idea or a startup that would make you great money plus you will enjoy how it feels like to be a real player.
108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: People who gamble are degenerates, change my mind. on: May 24, 2019, 11:13:46 AM
You should not generalize this is a bad thing, what John is doing bad should not also attributed to Jack who is doing things differently, gambling will only become bad when it becomes a vice, where gambler goes to the point of stealing and lying, but there are gamblers who treat this as a form of entertainment, just a breather for their stressful life.
Perfectly said, there's still some gamblers who find this place as an entertainment venue, some of those well known personalities and businessman are also doing some game to socialize and enjoy with their friends, it's always depends from how people thinks about it and how they are affected, reality wise there's addictions that can harmed a gamblers minds but we can't generalized case to case situations.
There are always exception to even proven theories in economics and social sciences and this is the reason it has never been possible to separate economics from social life. Every individual who gamble in gambling industry is a labor and he or she would gamble for the wages or compensations for his effort or work. It is a dilemma that many among use are willing to labor and not take the compensation.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Important question to Investors!! on: May 24, 2019, 10:42:40 AM
I think that many investors do not investigate the effect of inflation on the price of a coin. After all, it is very important. If inflation is more than 20% per year, it will put pressure on the course of the coin.
It will not just put pressure on the growth of coins in the crypto market but will affect the market overall and all the assets in the market excluding gold maybe. But the impact on the crypto coins might not be as hard as it would be on the rest of the assets and I truly am confident that I will not loose money despite a more than 20% annual inflation.
110  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: small gains but cant make it big on: May 24, 2019, 10:11:47 AM
50% weekly for making profit on your funds is very big for me because it also depends on your funds how much you will deposit to trade. Its better to earn even small money than loss for it.
The amount we invest matters, as long as we earn in this volatile situation of market is quite a good sign than not having profit at all, compare in other platforms like stocks it will too long time to gain atleast in crypto you'll be able to earn fast even a bit.

If your expectation is high you will income seems to be very less for you but when you compare with the share market you might be making very good amount here because in crypto as long as if you choose the right coin then definitely the price of will increase along with the developments they do in the market.
earning less profits but as long as we could avoid losses in market was better for us.choosing good coins will influence on our investment value.if we could  not do the right thing in choosing coins , definetely we will suffered loss.
When we are not good at selecting the right and profitable trading pairs then we should move to bitcoin and stable coin trading pair which will be much easier to take out the profits when we complete our trades.
Well it is something you need to have before actually entering the market. The knowledge about the coins and the best projects and how to select a coin. This is very important and if you do not have it, you might end up investing in a coin which might not be as profitable as you had anticipated. So better make sure you have the required knowledge when you are entering the crypto thing.
111  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When you start crypto gambling? on: May 24, 2019, 09:40:33 AM
I just tried gambling this year because I like football and of course I think because I often read news about football and various predictions then the question appeared in my mind "why didn't I try to bet on the results of my analysis?" after that I start betting.
Trying to figure out if something good will be offered by your owned knowledge about this type of game, analysis will be depends from how you fully supporting the teams or players that you'll be placing your bets on,  there's no assurance but it's also not a bad idea if you have a good control over your emotions.
It is good to know you can put forward some good analyses. You should really work over it for if you have experience in football and if you have some good knowledge about how to use your experience in gambling to make money, you could actually make money. If you do not want to be part of gambling, you could provide gambling consultancy and advises and then people will give you a call for advise and will pay you.
112  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with your Parents on: May 24, 2019, 09:04:45 AM
It should not be encouraged by parents, your children might think that it's ok to gamble and they will grow up with that kind of thinking, parents should set an example and gambling has no place in the family they deserve the best care why not a game instead not an online games but like basketball, so you can nurture discipline to your children.
I agree that gambling should not be encouraged by parents for it might end up in sheer addiction which might later on destroy lives and all those people who have been making big money in gambling were not supported by their parents to gamble. It is something that turns up with the passage of time and you feel you could be of more economic benefits in one part of the market than at other.
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP buy now or wait for more dump ? on: May 24, 2019, 07:54:13 AM
Now so the price is low, taking into account that before the end of 2017,its price was 3.5 dollars per token, now only 0.36 pochtiv 10 times cheaper, you can certainly wait but not the fact that it will fall, and it can grow very well, and the trend and potential, everything is for this)
If you really love to invest in ripple, you should go for it now. The price is very down and the cost of investment is very low as well. You can have huge number of XRP by spending a small capital. But since the growth rate in case of ripple is very down and slow, it is suggested to invest in another asset for example in BNB or in ETH if you have not already.
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ElectrumSV Safe? on: May 24, 2019, 07:12:45 AM
Looking for a way to split the BCH / BSV coins. Best I can tell electron cash no longer works. ElectrumSV seems like the next best method (vs. sending to an exchange). Is ElectrumSV actually safe to use?

Another method I think would work is to send some BCH dust to my BCH wallet but not sure I trust that method as much.

thanks,
MArk

Well I am not really a fan of electrum, though I can't deny the fact that I benefited from them at the time they launched in the exchange and I still have a large part of the coin in my wallet because I am still having a little hope that when the bull run begins, I will also be a beneficiary to it and make much more money for myself, I haven't heard of this fork you are talking about until now, was it an hard fork and if yes did they reward those who own electrum.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telcoin ; a sleeping giant. on: May 24, 2019, 06:43:42 AM
what make this telcoin become a sleeping giant
because with 100,000,000,000 TEL as total supply and 36,884,801,846 TEL as circulating supply,
for me its too hard for telcoin to be a giant mate
My point exactly, I don't really know on what basis people make their decision or conclusion as to how a coin is a giant and would be great in the future, because most of the coin that is being mentioned in the forum is just obvious that they will not amount to anything even in years to come, well I don't really care about that because everyone has the right to call any coin a good one, though they shouldn't use it to misleading anyone in buying the coin.
116  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2020 on: May 24, 2019, 06:14:45 AM
Hi Guys:

Where do you see Bitcoin Value in 2020 ?

I believe more than $50,000. What do you think?

Which industry will get most affected if Bitcoin's value is more than $50,000 ?

Steve
I think what we need to do for now is cross the bridge that we are now and then we would be able to know what the future really holds for the crypto community, we can't predict what the price of bitcoin would be in 2020 when we can't predict what the price would be at the end of 2019, this is why I said we should focus on what is placed before us now than on the future, by the time we are getting to the third quarter of the year, then we would be able to predict the price of the coin next year following the flow.
117  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you have to buy cryptocurrency for 10.000USD today.... on: May 24, 2019, 05:42:58 AM
Well, bitcoin is the best crypto and considering the current market it would be the best choice. On the other hand, i really don't have much idea about Iota.
I would go for coins with a great prospect of growth and they are Bitcoin, ETH and Binance Coin. They are the killer coins and can really give back great returns. Especially the accelerated pace at which they are gaining value is impressive and I am sure there could be a more than 4X return or gain if you HODL till the market reach to the apex.
118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has this year be favourable to you? on: May 24, 2019, 05:15:33 AM
Entering 5th month this year, sad to say I'm already in the negative and so I have to leave gambling for now as I have priorities this month and don't have that extra money to carry my gambling habits.

Plus bitcoin price is picking up lately, might be good to safe some right now specially when the price touch $6k-$6.5k in the next coming months. I'm not addicted, I can control my emotions and because I'm focus more on other things.
You're just taking a right choice. If you think you can't afford to gamble anymore since you don't have extra money for that, then learn to divert your time into some other profitable things like increasing your quality time with your family and friends.Accpet the fact that gambling won't give you a long term happiness so never focus on it.
Indeed true, gambling gives you happiness when only you won the bets otherwise you will get even more disappointed when you lost the bet. So it is not sourced to make money you will just hoping to make a profit with the use of it but in reality, you won't do it. It is the source of happiness only for those people who run the gambling platforms, those people make profits when people like us lost their, So we have to accept the fact that we aren't making the profits in the gambling industry, in fact, we are going to play gambling in the hope of winnings but instead of winning, in the end, we will always lose the whole amount. That's why it is useless to spend time in such places. Once you will understand the logic behind this thing you will never come to these place to ruin your life.
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethereum drop below $240 again do you believe? on: May 23, 2019, 11:28:07 AM
Since bitcoin is soaring heavily now, the chances of getting below $240 is low but again, if bitcoin starts to fall heavily, it's nit impossible too. However, it's better to hold on now.
Ethereum is currently running in 255 US dollar price and this will increase more in the near future but the fact is that we are not ready. Those who are ignoring to invest right now will miss this opportunity in and in future this opportunity may not come again. They should make sure would they be able to invest in future on high market price, if yes then it fine. In contrast, they should not waste the current opportunity.
120  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Intraday vs HODL on: May 23, 2019, 10:50:37 AM
Definately, HODL.. Even though many peeps considered outdated.. Hodl bitcoin is always the best choice for the long run. Day trading has been too tension for for me,
Only professionals find it quite easy to deal with day trade while new comers cannot get through all the system in a limited time. Once we are used to the crypto trading then it will be possible to start day trade and reduce tension. HODLING is a very famous factor which is more suitable with traders or investors who keep their coins for a long time that result in generating massive income or profit.
