I am requesting for a loan extension for my current loan due to the situation here in my Country and City where I reside. Currently Manila, Cities and Provinces near Manila are on a "home quarantine" and some are "locked down" that started March 16 and the entire Philippines was declared under State of Calamity by March 17. Offices, Malls, Restaurants, are closed as we are asked to stay home to avoid being infected with COVID-19.
I will try my best to make a partial payment by March 31, that's a Monday.
Thank you for the update. So on 31st March repayment amount should be 0.062391186 BTC. Hopefully think God will save us from the attack by COVID-19. Noted and thank you for understanding. Made a partial payment today for my loan amounting to 0.01 BTChttps://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/6ba1207d72e32e08ddb568bc203d368287c227b9a43e497f3483751009394609Waiting for computation of shasan for remaining balance and will pay another partial by April 15. May apologies for the delay.

With a very heavy heart, I'm planning to sell my collections.

Maybe those who accuse Bitsler as a scam wan't Bitsler to also post how many are those who loose and how much they loose. Do you think thats a good marketing strategy? If they will do that, what do you will come to your mind when you see a site posting how many players loose and how much money they lost? If I am going to look at it, I will not play at that site, it will scare me.

Thank you and I will return your coins with agreed interest on or before the stipulated due date. Best regards!

With the increased adoption of Bitcoin among mainstream businesses and companies alike, we've seen the possibility of exchanging our Bitcoin to tangible assets for our own benefit. The pioneer cryptocurrency has reached far enough to become recognized as a legitimate form of payment within the mainstream world. Institutional investors, and even banks have realized the benefits of Bitcoin, resulting in increased demand across the market. I've seen forex trading with Bitcoin, and even precious metal retailers which accept Bitcoin as payment. This makes wonder whenever it's possible to buy real estate with Bitcoin? Because if it does, then there would be nothing left for Bitcoin to become used as a serious cryptocurrency for daily payments (other than scaling the Blockchain and increasing privacy). Do you think that mainstream companies or businesses will be able to accept Bitcoin for real estate? Or it is too early to tell? Any thoughts? There was a post before and I guess it was last year, a man is selling their proper (house and lot) and accepts Bitcoin as payment. I did not follow the story of that for sale property, so I have no idea if the man was able to sell it or not. But it only shows that it is possible. I am even planning to sell my car and will accept Bitcoin as a payment. Im just waiting for my new car to be approved.

Even if you business will be set up near a school, you need to check if the students there can afford to buy your milk tea. If its public school (Government run) then there's a low chance that your milk tea business will become successful because you need to consider the students there came to study only and not to stay and have milk tea. Also you need to consider the foot traffic. Your store needs to be visible to may people and much better if its near a terminal.
