1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My reasons why we have a bearish market on: December 28, 2018, 01:38:33 PM
No need to guess, I suggest you continue to make money, because sooner or later the growth will occur again, there are many reasons why the cryptocurrency market fell in price, but this is absolutely not important, it was repeated many times. Cool
Yes, each and every one here in this community are expecting positive market to occur again. But, the biggest question is when it will be happening because we cannot be sure how long we can keep buying at lower prices as lower prices are happening at least once in every week. I believe we must need very big capital to make money from this bearish market as there are a lot of opportunities are available from this market after had fallen up to this level.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why do you participant in Airdrops? on: December 28, 2018, 12:57:29 PM
participated in the airdrop don't give things can be as good as expected. many, not even airdrop results match expectations and contain only a hoax anyway. However, if you choose the right for sure there are still some who can generate and although it was free but the result can be added to or crypto for savings in the long term.
But I'm sure you will never find any big reward out of free giveaway. This is how airdrops are working. When something is available for free of cost and free of efforts then it will be worth nothing. There are few exceptions but to find that exceptions we do not need to spend long hours. Because, the reward for your long hours spending might not be matching at any point of time.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you see a future with one cryptocurrency or thousands? on: December 28, 2018, 12:18:36 PM
I guess there will be some 50 coins will be securing their future but most of the coins in those 50 yet to be introduced. I mean we still need more new innovations in this crypto space. Only such new innovations based coins will be finding its future. But honestly most people are preferring to have very few coins, if you consider this case then I am afraid we may have less than 10 coins in future.
Yes that's right. Why we need more number of altcoins. When only one coin will be more than enough if you are using it for payment purposes only. I just need a money which will be encouraging may privacy along with faster transaction features. Other than this I do not have any big expectations with most of crypto coins. I'm just saying these from the perspective of using coins for payments and not for investments purposes.
4  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: risk in hodling and trading strategy on: December 27, 2018, 05:28:26 PM
Risks can be easily minimized, even if you choose to hold, you do not need to leave blindly for a few years, be sure to withdraw your invested money in the first place, trading can also give good results, it is better to choose medium-term signals
What is medium term signals ?  Is it something which will be dealing for months not years ? Because you are recommending not to hold for years by forgetting how Mr Satoshi is doing right now.

I'm not finding any difficulties or any pitfalls in holding bitcoin for years blindly. How long you are able to hold will be the deciding factor how much returns you will be getting for your invested money. Please note I'm just talking about bitcoins and all with respect to bitcoin holding. Holding bitcoin for years must be an idea from Mr Satoshi, I'm not sure how many people are doing that but honestly I'm following that idea since 2013.
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to survive on: December 27, 2018, 04:09:55 PM
It's hard to predict when this market will start to fully recover.

People are just saying based on their speculation and they could be right or wrong, and what happen is that most of us are wrong with the price prediction.
But, we are still here surviving, though the market dry up, the hope is still in us that this will eventually turn to be a real bullish.
Just wonder what is surviving with respect to cryptocurrency space. It is a highly volatile world and it would be never recommended to be depending on completely on this space for making your living. If surviving is being used instead of recovering, still I do not agree with that. Market yet to start its phase of recovering but before that we need to go fro another phase for sustaining prices. Only after the sustaining prices any market will usually start recovering.

In my suggestion, always do not completely depend on crypto space for your living. Because, everything is uncertain in this world even we are able to make big money for our capital. Even professional traders are not doing their trading in full time. Please make note of that.
6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: This will help to improve your trading on: December 27, 2018, 06:19:38 AM
1.   You only won’t think about your money if at first you invested what you can afford to lose. If you
invest big money you will always be worried about losing it.

2.   Managing money doesn’t have to do with only when you’re a trader, in everything you’re doing you
have to know how to manage your money properly. If you don’t manage yourself you will go broke.
      Lol

3.   Thank you for that, we should always be confident. Some analysis you see these days will try to
discourage you, but all you have to do is believe in yourself.
In fact all the tips you’ve given here are really good, including 4, 5, 6, 7, and the rest of them.

For the first time I’m knowing there are a few other Bitcoin forums out there, hmph… This is really going to be helpful, not just for old timers but for newbies too if they are to come across, cause they are really going to learn a lot. Thanks to the op for sharing this useful information.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: Useful investor rule!!! on: December 26, 2018, 10:50:39 AM
Yes I’m in support of your number one rule, that it is not working out right now doesn’t mean it won’t work out tomorrow. Some people usually call it a quit whenever the market is no longer on their good side, they always think that the market is meant to benefit them always, forgetting that it goes round and does not favor everyone at the same time. Just have patience and wait for it.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Cryptobanks Future? on: December 26, 2018, 10:07:25 AM
Friends, I have recently read an article on the future of the banking system thanks to proliferation of smart contracts, some countries are already preparing cryptobanking projects, and this should happen  the next few years. Actually the conclusion of the article was that the free financial market - cryptocurrency is the future for the financial system. Do you agree? Is it so positive, or will the state regulation complicate things, but in my opinion it is inevitable for the banking sector, in your opinion?
The question is who and who is even interested in the banks you’re talking about? I have not seen anyone that is interested in anything about Cryptocurrency banks.

When it comes to making use of Bitcoin or any cryptocurrencies, all you need is just your crypto wallet and nothing else, you don’t really need anything bank. There are different types of safe wallets that you can use to store you coins safely just like Trezor and the rest of them.
10  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin: fixed or not on: December 26, 2018, 09:37:16 AM
Will Bitcoin grow actively before New year? Will it have time to overcome 4500?
The price has already dropped from the $4200 of yesterday to $3800 today. It is not showing any sign that it will get pass $4500 before this year ends. All of the news we’ve been seeing on the media about price going up and bull run, all were just fake and none of them happened.

The year is ending soon, just five days left and it’s over and we are in 2019. Well I’m looking forward to something much better in the year 2019. I hope to see a Bull run then.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the main problem with the crypto market at the moment? on: December 26, 2018, 08:59:56 AM
Hi,
According to you what do you think is the main problem at the moment in the crypto world?
So why we don't see real life adoption yet and so on.

According to me the answer is simple. People from the general public treats crypto as a new style high risk gambling. They don't take it seriously.
Why?
I think the main reason is the moonboys and Fudsters. According to my experience as an admin (Yggdrash admin, we got over 20400 telegram member..)
unnecessary Fud and also shouting 100x and expecting 100x within weeks also does make lot's of harm to every project.
Also quite often the Fudster people who shout 0 one day next day they will be the moonboys.
This type of behaviour very harmful and misleading for new investors. Also it leads to only many disappointed new investors who will leave the crypto world entirely mainly. This will also hinder any sort of adoption at the end of the day.
As administrators and opinion influencers we should have and we have a responsibility to bring more sanity into the crypto world. What we lack of is sanity and balanced view in the crypto world. A coin either must go to the moon or must go to 0. Come on, this is so ridiculous and predictable. If someone shout fud and say this coin go to 0, this means those people want to get the coin at the cheapest possible price level. If their fud operation was successful, suddenly a week later, new people will appear who will be the classic example to the moonboys. So in Crypto everything can change and turn into upside down only within weeks or less. This is not normal and not really helpful for wider adoption at all.
As an investor since I have invested a lot into Yggdrash and other projects as well of course I believe that my investments will go to moon but it will take years for sure and also the team must deliver and this won't happen due to a magic mushroom. So I think you get what I am saying.

What is your opinion?
I think this is an important topic, and very broad topic as well.
I’m not surprised by anything and I don’t really think there is any problem anywhere, cause things are just as it should be. I know most of these Bitcoin enthusiasts just wants everyone to be making use of Bitcoin as a currency, but that’s not going to work.

Things don’t just come out from nowhere and you expect everyone to make use of it, when there is already a system they believe and trust so much. Things are in the way they are meant to be.
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why the market will continue to fall on: December 26, 2018, 08:27:55 AM
1st off these are not coins, why are they called "coins" when they clearly are not? This is the first part off the scam.... #2 why does the bitcoin logo look like a gold coin? Crypto is Digital Fiat and like all fiat all cryptos backed by nothing will eventually reach Zero. In bitcoins case it will reachh virtually zero because it will become a collectors item in the future due to being one of the biggest bubbles in history. Traders are gonna gonna rekt thhese coins have no value and time will show you
They are not coins and nobody called them coins, they are called cryptocurrency. You wouldn’t see any expert calling it a coin, mainly they call it cryptocurrency, it’s just some random dudes in the forum that came up with the word coin for it, or maybe because they usually see pictures of coin made physical Bitcoin and the word Bitcoin ends with ‘coin. But whatever, that isn’t a reason why the market shouldn’t progress.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: How cash is becoming a thing of the past | DW Documentary (Banking documentary) on: December 25, 2018, 06:37:32 PM
It is not a wonder that people are moving away from using cash, I mean technology made a lot of stuff digital and because of that cash became very irrelevant in our day to day life but we still use it a lot. By a lot I mean not as a big amount because if you are going to buy something that worth any decent price you are not buying it with cash, you are more likely either using debit card since you do not carry a lot of cash with you.

However, the small stuff like groceries when you buy one watermelon is usually not debit purchases those are still small cash. When you take a taxi drive or something that is usually cash. Basically we still use cash in many places but the number is getting lower and lower in time. I am sure we will have no cash quite soon with mobile payment technology increasing as well.
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who reads the whitepaper of a crypto-project? on: December 23, 2018, 04:15:23 PM
Just curious if you guys read the whitepapers of the projects you want to invest in at some point?
Everyone who are all looking for contributing into an ICO must go for reading whitepaper. It must be a basic step toward analyzing a project. But, now a days devs hire people to write attractive content for their whitepapers rather than presenting what is they are actually going to incorporate in their project. I mean to say all whitepapers are not true representation of an upcoming project.

As a investor is better for me if the ICO have whitepaper because I read it to create prediction and I will decided if Im going to invest or not.
This is the prime reason why all the ICOs and projects are releasing whitepaper. We must make use of it for taking appropriate decisions. But, whitepaper alone will not be enough for making investment decisions. It should be a part our researching factors to make a conclusion about a project.
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: December 23, 2018, 03:34:08 PM
I read somewhere that Australia is going to play a 7 years old spinner for the Boxing Day test match against India.
Is it a reliable news are just a rumor or something about toss. I checked with the Australia cricket's Twitter handle and found this : https://twitter.com/cricketcomau/status/1076661900170022913

India is into big trouble as their front-line spinners are injured and probably they may not get ready for this iconic Boxing Day test match.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Year Investment on: December 23, 2018, 02:08:18 PM
I am not a person who buys bitcoins, I just work for them and earn it. With that being said I have sold all my coins right now and I have zero bitcoins for the first time in maybe couple years. Now that I have sold I wanted to make 2019 a new start and I will keep on working and earning bitcoins, I will spend the newly gained fiat currency as long as I can and while I am spending the fiat currency I got from selling all my bitcoins I will be earning new bitcoins and put it aside, I am hoping to make and earn more bitcoins until my fiat currency runs out.

If that happens It means I have started the 2019 much better than I started 2018 when I was constantly losing money. I am trying to change some stuff up and trying to earn a decent living wage by working couple jobs all at once hopefully.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: December 23, 2018, 01:51:08 PM
Seriously if anyone thinks Manchester united managed to grab a huge win because Mourinho is not their manager anymore has no idea how football works.

If a team wins because they lack a manager thats not the managers problem thats combination of couple things, first of all when a manager leaves team has to show what they got so when the new one comes they can get a spot in the starting line up so everyone plays much better, when you have a manager and they have a proffered starting line up those people know they got the job so they lay back, that is a big difference.

Secondly when manager leaves the team is working hard to prove that the trouble was the manager and they are actually good so they play extra well in order to defend themselves and put the blame on others. ManU will go back to early season ways soon but it will just take couple of games like this and couple games with new manager, after that its downhill again.
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A cryptocurrency entirely dedicated to GAMBLING? on: December 22, 2018, 05:47:13 PM
I agree with the others have said that they Should have value. I think there is no point in doing that because there is no thing dedicated for gambling except the chips that has a corresponding value. Maybe the acceptance of different coin could be a better option.

If you Have many coins that you could gamble chances are you would have more customers, Especially if that time has a lot of users in it.I see a lot of gambling sites that integrated exchanges To make players easily convert to whatever kind Of coin they want
It has become a fashion like everyone want to have their own crypto hence why not a casino ? Being useful or convenient are not a constrain but I guess most gambling houses may come up with their own coins dedicated gamble with them. This fashion has already started with many crypto exchanges and it might be a time for casinos to copy that useless idea.

Basically I hate the idea of having numerous altcoins which are having repeated concepts backed and not having any value in rest of the world. As an innovation to have a common border-less momentary system, we have bitcoins but it seems we are again going back due to such purpose specific coins.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Nobody wins in gambling anyway on: December 22, 2018, 05:14:11 PM
In gambling just like in vegascasino.io , most of the games there is quite good because if you know how to hold and use your earnings, you will gonna have some savings. Learn how to enjoy the game and not to hooke up negatively in the game.
So, you are a millionaire now because of playing in the gambling house, you just mentioned ? Quite good in what sense ? In look and feel ? I wonder on what level of saving you are talking about. As far as I have experienced no house will let you leave out with some money left with you as your your brain will fade away. You may have some money left if you are smart enough to quit right after a winning. But, no gamblers are ready to stop trying their luck until bankroll allows.

Only 1 people can win over 100 people that gamble at same time , that's why gambling is risky things.
But in most cases that only one gambler is also the house not a common gambler. Anyone may win in gambling but that cannot be a money but some entertainment.

Being a frequent gambler, I just want to answer OP : Any gambler can win entertaining moments in gambling always. Make sure why you gamble and why gambling is existing, when there will be a controversy on this then you cannot win anyway.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: December 21, 2018, 04:04:28 PM
I doubt AD will reject the contract given to him but there is no point of him not getting traded neither, they can do a sign and trade.

The problem is that Lakers are not willing to send any of their young players right now, it happened when Kawhi was the discussion, they didn't give any of their young players for someone like Kawhi who is a superstar and a MVP candidate, they of course rejected giving any of their young players for Trevor Ariza which kinda makes sense.

If they want to get someone like AD they will have to give some of their young players no matter what, AD won't come for free they need to spend some money for it or at least assets. Hence I think Lakers should start looking at their young core and start considering how much they worth. With Lebron+AD+Kawhi they could easily get the ring without a question.
