На сколько мне известно что у данного проекта в приоритете скупка коммерческой недвижимости и сдача её в аренду ,причём здесь 10-15 лет ? Зачем ждать окупаемости всей недвижимости?Инвесторы как я понял будут получать свои дивиденды именно от аренды в токенах проекта которые подкреплены недвижимостью. А что мешает компании купить коммерческую недвижимость и те же самые 10-15 лет сдавать ее в аренду? |
