I always use Okpay on BTC-e, both for deposit and withdrawl. The reason I use Okpay are because BTC-e charge a low fee, instant deposit, fast withdrawl (just 2-6 hours mosly), and I can easily exchange Okpay funds to local fiat.

This may have already been addresses but whats happening with the escrow for ActionCrypto sig campaign, it was held be redsn0w but i seen his leaving the forum.
redsn0w also used to manage ActionCrypto sig campaign. Admin said the campaign will continue, but they haven't (or don't) found new manager yet. Hey guys , I've contacted the Admin of actioncrypto.com for tell him that I can't manage (anymore) the signature campaign , now I'm waiting a reply from him for choose another "escrow/manager". Faucet nowadays doesn't pay more than 0.00001 BTC, usually just hundreds satoshi. It's different from few years ago, because now there are already a lot of people know about Bitcoin, and it's price has rocketed to $230 now. Who pays the escrow fee? It's depend on the transaction agreement. Discuss it with your seller or buyer. But in most cases, the buyer pays the fee.
